Very good air conditioning

Proximity is good. The Lucky 13 restaurant very great food and drink.

Property was great, clean, patio area was cool and nice pool area. The front desk check in staff worker was not friendly. I arrived she walked up to the desk from being away and said “ID and credit card.” No greeting or how are you or I can help you today. Very cold and awkward.

Staff was friendly. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of moving.

We enjoyed the breakfast and room here and thought the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a bad storm during our stay, and the entire hotel lost power. I fully understand that bad weather is not the hotel's fault, but they did not handle this well. We woke up past our alarm because our phones weren't charging with the power out, and sweating because it was a crazy-hot weekend. There was no official process or protocol being implemented by staff to ensure guest safety. We had to fumble out of our room in pitch darkness, out into the hallway which was also entirely dark. No emergency or flood lights or anything. Once at the front desk, a short-tempered employee informed us that the power went out around 1AM, and they had no idea when it would be restored. This was roughly 7AM. In all of our years traveling, we've never lost power in a hotel. Shouldn't there be a generator? What if someone is trapped in an elevator? What about handicapped or elderly who can't safely descend the staircase in the dark? What about any guests who might need prescriptions refrigerated? We learned that teammates of our son's at a hotel across the street did not lost power at all. It was just chaos there with the power out. We had to leave our doors open because our key cards wouldn't work, and a total stranger walked right into our room in the dark. There was no breakfast, no apology, no amends made when we were able to leave. We will not return here.

In a quitet area. Basic hotel with decent breakfast. Nothing to write home about but not motel 6

The staff were just lovely and welcoming to my partner and I. Having the attached bar was great for the end of busy days.

It was clean and quiet.

The room was filthy. Be careful, I’m positive two of the three guests in room 139 ended up with pneumonia. The AC was filthy, staying here cost us our whole trip plus 2 trips to the ER 8 prescriptions and two weeks and counting down sick.

Everything was fine

Staff were friendly, and good breakfast. Great parking and ease of automatic doors. Convenient restaurant attached. Room wasn’t very clean. Faucet wouldn’t turn off. No bath towels. No discount with third party payment.

Was great

Room was clean. Breakfast okay. But the whole second floor reeked of marijuana. Much worse in the hallway but permeated into the room. Not at all welcome for my family.

Property overall was nice enough. Desk staff was not very helpful. Room was either too hot or too cold

The hallway outside the elevator on both floors smelled like smoke of some kind. Maybe vape. Breakfast was cold, water for tea was luke warm, Breakfast seating area was tight and awkward. Bed was very comfortable. Keys didn't work well in door.

Ok motel

The hotel was clean and fairly quiet at night. The front desk staff person was complaining about being the only person at the front desk to customers and was on the phone with a friend chatting while people were waiting, then she said she'd better get off the phone because there were a bunch of people in line, then took a while longer to get off the phone.

Very nice!

Having a restaurant attached was very nice could relax and not need to drive for dinner. The food was good and reasonable price, friendly atmosphere

Room wasn’t bad. Bathroom wasn’t totally clean. Room is in need of a facelift. Shut the door in the bathroom and see that they didn’t clean behind the door. Bed was super comfortable! Price was reasonable. Breakfast was an hour late. Got double charged for the room at check in. Bed was super comfortable- did I already say that?!?

Safe

The room was newly remodeled and refreshed. Initially, the wall-mounted thermostat appeared not to work. The general manager was on the property at the front desk. She took the time to come to the room and explain that during the remodel some of the wall thermostats didn't get reconnected. The thermostat on the heater still worked. I really appreciated that I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Everything was excellent except for the bed pillows. There were 5 very short pillows which were uncomfortable and easy roll off as we turned in bed during the night.

I rented a room here because we stayed about a year ago and really enjoyed it, and I wanted to sit in the hot tub, my sole purpose for getting a room, only to find out when we got to the pool roomthat the hot tub was out of order and was for both nights that we stayed, and the front desk clerk didn't seem to think it was important information to pass along. Housekeeping is lacking very badly, not sure if it's a matter of not enough staff to clean but it was much dirtier then last time we were there. I brought my own disinfectant wipes & started cleaning before it crossed my mind to take before & after pictures. Not sure I can post them with this review, if I can & can figure out how to then I will do so. So with the hot tub out of order I thought I'll make lemonade(so to speak, lol) with my lemons, and went back to the room to have a hot bath, only to find the hot water did not get very hot. I realize they have to follow guide lines/orders made by city inspectors, but the sink in the bathroom ran way hotter than the tub, so backwards. I'd say it's more dangerous to have the sink running so hot. Children go to use the bathroom & wash their hands on their own, but more often than not the parent runs the bath water to make sure of the temp & depth, but rarely does a parent trail behind their child to make sure they don't get burned while washing their hands. I was greatly disappointed in the condition of the hotel & the housekeeping & there were a few other things as well.

dislike - hot tub was not functioning like - restaurant on property.

I used the stairwell for an exit and there were 4 men lying on the stairs! They scared me!!!

The reason we chose this hotel was because they have a hot tub. We got to the pool area and the hot tub was out of order. They never bothered to tell us that at check in.

I liked how quiet and clean that it was......After some joyous moments, one needs a place for quiet de-stressing relaxation.....
