Great local hotel for a brief staycation. Location on Newport Back Bay is perfect. Walking, bike riding trails nearby. Nice facility and very relaxing vibe.

Loved the amenities, but the hot tub could be hotter. No service at the pool area, must run back and forth oneself.

Comfortable and quiet with nice amenities. However some expected features cost extra - parking is $42 per day and Wi-Fi is extra also. If I had been aware of add-ons in advance I might have selected another hotel, or at least cancelled the car reservation for our overnight stay and used Uber instead.

Overall, Bayview was a very nice hotel. It is a little dated but everything is pretty clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was good and everyone was friendly. My complaints are that if I make a reservation for 4 people why aren't 4 towels in the room. I also had to get extra pillows which i believe should also be in the room because the pillows are very soft. A bottle of complimentary water wouldn't hurt either instead of trying to charge me $9.

The privacy all around great location. They do charge you for parking in their parking lot $42 a day which I don’t know why they do that just to get more money my thinking

Beautiful place..love the fire pit. Love the pool ..and bay view is amazing. Breakfast it was delicious. Place is confy and fancy. Stuff is always frienly.

I booked for Bayview and gave me a street view. The car parking is too expensive for a short stay. The waitress for our breakfast was nice and kind.

The hotel was family friendly and safe. It had dining options which I like. The room floor plan was convenient for the 4 of us and we had lots of lounging options. But the bathroom was dirty and the beds unkempt.

The room was great!! Very clean with a separate shower and bathtub. It also has a nice balcony!

Staff were not helpful, parking rates were excessive, check in line was very busy and unorganized, even the area to park a car for registration and checking in was double parked, unattended and busy.

Overall, the facilities were good, but we were disappointed to find the pool out of service during our stay. We specifically chose this hotel to spend time at the pool, so it was frustrating to not be able to use it. The restaurant's food was enjoyable, which was a positive aspect of our experience. Unfortunately, our stay didn't meet our expectations, and we would have rated it higher if we could have fully enjoyed the amenities.

I loved the lawn area, the amenities and the pool and dining areas were really nice. The view from the outside areas into the bay was nice. I did not like the way I was greeted by the first guy. He made me feel unwelcomed. Everyone else was very very nice and kind to us. Our room was extremely dusty (cobwebs on the lamps and furniture) and a bit outdated, but still nice nonetheless. We enjoyed our stay and would go back, just in a different suite. Thanks for the hospitality.

Refrigerator in our room barely cool. The grounds are beautiful! Room was clean. Loved having a balcony. View not great. Hated being poolside bc of the noise. Couldn’t leave our slider or window open due to screaming kids. Food in restaurant was excellent and so was all the staff. Except check in. Could not understand her.

Servis on our first day was terrible. Practically besides 1 to 2 front desk was none existant. We went tonthe pool at 5pm on Monday there were no towels to use. We asked the Bartender while we oerdered the food to ask some one to bring it and no one did. My son got out of the water we had nothing to dry him wirh. I then went tonthe front desk asked fornsome one to bring some the girl.there laughed when i said there is no towel.to dry my son with. I came back 10 mins later to go to my room to grub a towel one of the front desk told me oh inwas going to being one to you (for 10 minutes?). That night we tried to get room service we had to call more than 6 times to get some one to answer. One of the worst service ever experienced.

Very happy with the property… They could’ve done a better job promoting Fourth of July. We called weeks ahead to try and figure out where to go and no one at the front desk had any information so we had to find out for ourselves. In the future, I suggest a flyer giving the three options in the area and how to get there. It would’ve helped us tremendously otherwise it’s a fabulous hotel.

This was very underwhelming because they did not accommodate the request for two double beds and when I inquired, they told me that they didn't have any rooms available and they didn't want to do an upgrade. The people were young and just didn't have any knowledge and there was nothing very friendly about anyone. In and out multiple times during our stay and we were never created upon entry. We were perfectly fine, but the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely old and lumpy, and the entire room smelled like mildew.

It was ok- person when I check in asked for my Marriott bonvoy account number and when I asked her to look it up through my email, she claimed there was no number with that email. Well, she was wrong and didn’t even try to enter my email twice.
Rooms are ok, outdated. I prepaid for 2 breakfasts however the kids breakfast was half the price of an adult breakfast, so I think they should have refunded the difference. Parking was $42 a night- it was all

Ok to start with we found out they don’t accept digital hotels.com with code and pin number and that we actually need the card with us
The parking was not included and this was not acknowledged through site or email that I know of
Also the last night of stay came to room and foul smell of sewage was high and could sleep with that

Hotel was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. I don’t feel like we should have had to pay for parking. There’s no other nonpayment options. I had to park my own car, there was no valet.

Property was at lower standard than most any Marriott I've stayed at . Parking for guest was super expensive $42 per night . Reception was not very accommodating either . Pillowcase on the pull out bed was dirty . Overall I was disappointed .
