The bathroom floor had hair and was dirty. There was hair on the bathtub. Early in the morning the roof started leaking into the bathroom. The rest of the room was clean but the furniture was worn.

Bed was comfortable and clean, as was our room and towels. Hallway carpets on all floors are in need of cleaning. They look grungy and tired. Lobby is clean and spacious. Breakfast well prepared and presented by cheerful attendant.

Check in was easy with a friendly staff. However, the carpet had visible stains. The bed was terrible. It squeaked and the pillows on the bed I had were worn. Upon check out, the attendant was not friendly and never asked how my stay was. The amount charged to my card was completely different from my reservation. The adjoining property/parking lot from the hotel and restaurant had alcohol bottles and syringe needles lying on the ground. I would not pick this hotel again when staying in Knoxville.

Nice hotel in an area with restaurants close by. About 15 min from downtown. Hotel was quiet and beds were comfortable. Breakfast is offered but we did not try it.

I can only comment on my room and the public areas…whom ever owns this hotel needs to invest in updating and modernizing place. It feels old, musty and dark inside. A true relic of the past. I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was an older hotel but still in good shape. They had a pool.

Put the eco friendly card on the door the whole time I was there. They called my cell to see if they could bring in the requested extra towels, which was a huge plus for me. But, the next day I came back early and they were in my room making my bed. I was very suspicious and they acted like they didn’t understand English and did not notice the card on the handle. The bed was awful, and the sink had the smell of chlorine or bleach. I had to get a bottle of water as I couldn’t stand the smell. Overall, it was clean and everyone was extremely nice.

It was outdated by it was clean. When you had problem they tried to get done in a quickly manner. I would stay again.

The service was great! The bed was comfortably and the free breakfast was a bonus. The only downside was our room smelled of mildew. Kind of like they had shampooed the carpet then closed the room off not allowing for airflow to properly dry the carpet.

Housekeeping did not visit the room, not even once, while we stayed there 4 nights. Certain areas like the hallways needs remodeling.

The room interiors were very nice. Lobby was well appointed. Front desk personnel nice, efficient. Breakfast had a server behind a counter for the hot items, which is a first.The only issue I had was with the carpets on the 3rd floor. They were stained and spotted and while they did not interfere with my stay, they really brought the property down. 2 restaurants close by, walking distance. Shopping center nearby. Easy access off of interstate.

The hall carpet was stained as was the hotel room carpet. There appeared to be blood on the carpet outside the bathroom door. I kept my shoes on when awake and placed them beside the bed to use for nighttime bathroom trips. I have made a note on my phone not to use this hotel again. Hotels.com has an awful no refund - cancellation policy. We will not use them again. Too many times we’ve encountered poor hotel conditions and only stayed because of the lousy no refund policy. Not again. I travel the same roads multiple times a year. Hotels.com doesn’t save us enough money to compensate for a bad hotel once a year and certainly not more than that.

Lobby area was fairly well maintained, except carpet was completely worn out on the stairs. Room was terrible, old furniture and damaged walls, floor was filthy, bath needed remodeled, tub was filthy, sink would not drain.. I asked not once, but twice, in our 3 day stay for the room to be cleaned at least once.. it never was done. Will avoid this motel going forward. Was not worth even the reduced Expedia rate that was charged..

We requested a quiet upper-floor room and the staff provided one that met our request. The property was nice, but in decline, with much-stained hallway carpets and chipped tiles in the bathroom. The room was clean and well-furnished. Breakfast was quite good and the lobby/dining area clean and spacious. There were three very good restaurants within walking distance. We chose the hotel over others in the area because it had an outdoor pool that appeared quite inviting in the website's pictures. The pool was a major disappointment. The were only two lounge chairs and both were broken. There were two very nice table and chair combinations, but both of them had broken umbrellas that provided little shade. The remaining seat and table combinations were low-end and the tables wobbled. Most distressing was the pool appeared stained and dirty. The pool towel racks were empty two out of the three days of our stay. Despite the disappointments of the hotel's condition, the staff was always cheerful and friendly. If the owner would invest in maintaining the property, the hotel could provide an excellent stay.

Hotel chain does not serve anyone from the actual town where the hotel is located. I booked and paid for 3 nights via Expedia, and when i arrived to check-in, manager said it was again company policy to rent rooms to local residents then canceled my reservation and informed me I'd have to contact Expedia for my refund.

The room smelled musty, paint was chipping off the walls. We dropped off our things, went to dinner and came back. When I turned the bathroom light on, there was what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet. Various stains on carpet in the room and hallway. We had 3 rooms and it would have been costly to go elsewhere I’ve had it with Hotels.com. The no refund policy is not in the best interest of the client. I have asthma and this nasty hotel was a health risk.

We requested our room be cleaned after we were asked if we would like it to be and it was not cleaned. We had to go to the desk to get clean towels. Chair in the room Was old and didn’t appear to be too clean

The place is dirty , we checked out at 3 am , because Smth was bidding us and we thought was bed bugs .

This hotel was very clean and hotel staff were very friendly.

Customer service was good. They were helpful with room upgrade & late check out accommodations. Hotel lobby was lit well.
