Staff was super nice. Location was convenient but not pretty. Room overall was fine just needed a little more detailed cleaning for the bathroom.

Rooms were dirty. Air conditioner barely worked. Occupancy rule is dumb.

It was not well maintained. Loose bathroom fixtures and cracked floor tile. Staff was very sweet.

One of the main things we look for when booking a room is the continental breakfast. Although Days Inn advertised that they served “breakfast,” we showed up to the lobby where we were greeted by bad coffee and four packaged “Moon Pies.” At check-in I quickly realized that I got screwed on the rates. While I paid $REDACTED (including taxes and fees) and when I got in line at the front desk, I realized that others were paying $REDACTED per night. I checked the website and the rates were advertised at $REDACTED /night. I understand that prices fluctuate but I reserved the room just a couple of hours prior to this. The pictures advertising the rooms are beyond deceitful. I’m not sure they were taken at the same hotel. Even the landscape outside is totally different.

There should be some landscaping around the property and paving needs to be updated as there is a really big pot hole.

It was as expected

1. Exterior entrance had an inch gap at the base, so any critter outside could come inside. 2. First night, pulled back blanket to find hair all over the sheets. 3. Shelf in closet was covered in God knows what collection of filth. 4. First night, hair and old toothpaste in the sink. 5. Black mold all over the shower liner. 6. Toilet not properly bolted down so sitting down gives you a ride and challenges your balancing abilities. 7. The creme de la creme to make this stay the worst of all stays….cockroaches climbing everywhere. When notifying the staff, they shrugged it off like it’s a normal thing to live with roaches. 8. Almost forgot that a new definition to continental breakfast was introduced here. It consisted of 2 items: Moon Pies & Twinkies. No juices, fruit, cereal, bagels, nothing but Moon Pies & Twinkies. Coffee was available in a carafe but pretty sure the roaches made it. Not sure what the standards are for cleanliness for your organization, but I would venture to say they are not at par with the health department or any other governing offices.

We made reservations 2 months in advance 2 rooms and when we got there pool was closed we were just told it was closedwhy we dont know .there was no ice machine both were broken the wash rags had black stuff on them it looked like some one polished their shoes with them.and the plugs on the night stand didnt work

Lord I wish I could add pictures of this mess, urine on the toilet seat, body hairs all over the bathroom along with fecal matter all over the toilet rim and hair all through the room. Floors were filthy. Bed bugs. When I told the front desk they put me in another equally dirty room. It was disgusting

Sheets had cat urine smell…cup of water left in top left of shower…ac had a strange constant noise. Just not a pleasant experience

I’ve stayed at numerous hotels before, and this experience has got to be the worst. The first red flag was the exterminator that was in the lobby while I was checking in. The hotel we were originally placed in was filthy and the AC was not working. We were placed in another hotel, and that was “okay,” but it still wasn’t clean. Both of my sisters had rooms at this hotel, and both of them were significantly worse than ours. Pee and blood stains were present on both of the beds in their hotel room. When one of my sisters confronted the front desk worker about the stains on the bed, she said that she could not get a refund and took the hotel key from her. When I approached the front desk worker about the situation, she threatened to check me out of the hotel without giving me a refund. This was hands down my worst hotel experience.

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice.

There was long dark hair in the bottom of the shower, on the side of the tub, and on the knob to adjust the temperature so it wasn’t cleaned at all. The lady at the front desk wasn’t rude, per se, but she certainly wasn’t friendly. The bed was like sleeping on cinder blocks and there were people right outside our room talking and cutting up all hours of the night. The comforter was white and did have a pretty big stain on it but it was clearly stained and not just dirty so there’s that. If you’re only looking for somewhere to get a quick sleep, go for it.

It was convenient for our stay.

I was tired when I arrived but if it wasn't for that i would have requested anothwr room. The room seemed decent at first but as i made my way to the hygiene area this is where things took a turn. The sink had nats of some sort infestg the sink area and closet area. The shelf above the closet area had not been cleaned which had dead nats on top. The end able had not been cleaned. The refrigerator was dirty. Lastly the property management said i could not get a receipt because it was booked through a 3rd party but she clearly printed it out cause i heard the printer. I say this because i have booked through Expedia 4 times within the last month and each time the property printed me a receipt. Beware and book at your own risk.

Advertised that they had breakfast and they did not. The bedspreads and sheets were dingy and had stains on them. Would definitely not recommend this hotel

Would not ever stay at this location. Went into the room and it was filthy it smelled. The one chair to sit in, had very dark visible stains and either roach or mouse droppings all on the chair we pull back the sheets and the sheets had stains all over them went to the front office. And refused to stay there. Manager on site refunded money you asked about the view. The view was of another hotel six worst hotel I’ve ever walked in as far as cleanliness.

The main complaint I had was the smell in my room. It was that of a recently used restroom. I noticed in the morning it was coming from inside the restroom even though nothing was visible. Everything appeared clean.

enjoyed our stay

It was not awful. Your typical motel. Mostly. But The toilet was wanky and loose from the floor and the wall. The bed frame made noise every time I got up and out of the bed . Dusty and old gum stuck on the light fixture. But quiet. Check-in went fine.

These are outside rooms. The parking lot is all torn up. Zero landscaping. Very old place. Expedia website said that breakfast is included but there is no breakfast. Cheap but I should have paid more to go somewhere else.

Nice place. 2nd shift clerk was very nice and helpful!!!

There was a huge hole on street driving into the property with no way to miss it. Shower showed signs of mold. While setting on the bed close to the bathroom there was a foul order.

This is a rundown facility. The front help was impersonal and non-caring. Also, no luggage cart. Time to sell to competitor and cut losses.

The bathroom floor had not been mopped and cleaned. There was hair and dust on the counters. The microwave was old and dirty. The hotel was advertised as having breakfast. Beware that breakfast is coffee, small juice and stale pastries if there are any at all.

I love the size of the eoom and the staff was awesome

Tv did not work mini fridge sounded like it had a bag of change in it shaking around floor was visibly dirty and there was what I’m pretty sure was blood on door frame to bathroom worst stay I have ever had and would have left if there was any rooms available in fort pain

The sheets didn't fit the bed and kept coming off. It was not clean, I even took a wipe to clean the lamp and control before using. The carpets felt like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. I had to put my shoes back on.

My check in was incredibly rude and difficult. The night manager would not take my US passport as ID along with my temporary Virginia Driver's License. She reluctantly "allowed" me to stay one night after I virtually begged her on account of rain, the time of night, my advanced age, and the length of my drive, but I was told I would never be allowed to stay again. Not even a word of "I'm sorry" or anything. I will never stay at a Day's Inn again. She was deliberatly offensive and officious.

Clean and comfortable stay.

For budget-friendly lodging, it was adequate. Luggage carts would've been nice to have, since my room was quite a distance from where I parked.
