Amazing swimming pool and facilities for the kids. Wish they had more breakfast options.

This was our first time in Maui and Wailea, we loved everything about this resort! The pool was incredible for the kiddos so many adult only spaces if you need a break from the kids. The movie room and game room were other favorites. The views and beach access were perfect, the wait staff, management staff, spa staff were all top noche! Dinner at humble kitchen was incredible, the food and service were excellent. We can’t wait to come back. Maui has stolen our hearts. 🌈🌺

Had an amazing time

Rooms are severely outdated got "upgraded" to a room that had mold, fire ants and a terribly old mattress. We were in pain after a few days on it. The pool area feels like a cash grab as they charge for the good seats and A LOT. the free ones get taken quickly. So thats a issue. Beautiful property but i wouldnt stay on it again.

It was breathtaking.

There was a couple instances by the pool that was right next to the bar area when me and my husband were completely ignored and the female server approached others that arrived after us to take there order who were sitting right in front of us. She was not very friendly. The gentleman that waited on us by the other infinity pool the previous days was very friendly and very attentive.

Amazing resort with a great kids adventure pool. Very clean rooms with good dining options including some seasonal food trucks. Shops at wailea is closeby (walkable) with good food options. Great adult pools and amazing access to 2 beaches. Will stay again for sure.

The views from this hotel are beautiful and the infinity pool and luau are spectacular.

Beautiful setting. Love this resort and the staff. Absolutely awesome. The only minor item we had was the shower in our bathroom did not have good pressure and the soap, shampoo were not the best.

Really amazing hotel

It was a perfect vacation time for my family!

Just what I was looking for! I’m a teacher who also just finished teaching summer school so I was looking for a quieter property that was not a kid magnet and the adult pool area provided just that! Room category paid for was partial ocean but got a beautiful ocean view! We were 3 rooms away from oceanfront. Check in was easy. Blue bracelets are way better than key cards. Plenty of pool chairs. No need to wake early to save chairs. I liked that beach wasn’t directly in front of property- made it less crowded. Beach just a short, easy, less than 5 minute walk to the left to the beautiful Wailea beach or 5 minutes to the right to smaller Ulua Beach. Best snorkeling ever at Ulua Beach. Saw hundreds of fish. Rent snorkeling equipment right on property for reasonable rate. We loved our time here. No more Grand Wailea for us. Definitely coming back here to Marriott Wailea Beach Resort.

I had to wait 4 hours for my room to be ready when I was told I would only wait 1. They forgot until I caught a worker just walking around and she talked to her managers. Then it took another hour for my suitcase to come to my room so it wasted my entire first day. The drink tickets are nice but there should be an option for people that don’t drink Couldn’t do any activities at the resort because the max capacity is like 5 and fills up quickly. Need to book these way in advance if wanting to do them which is hard.

I liked the entire experience, although parking should come with property. Not an extra expense.

Our families had a wonderful time and the servers were great and front desk were helpful. The property is a little Older but they were making upgrades. Pools We’re great - kids loved it!

The ocean views were amazing from the property however careful of the “ocean view” room designation.

This place is nice, but all the unexpected fees charged at the end of our stay makes it less. Also, our room was located right above where there was a constant parade of delivery trucks. NOISY! Always waking us up very early in the morning, and made it less enjoyable here. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Staffs are not kind

Property has a very nice view, very good food and drinks but I would say it’s not worth it for the price. The food and drinks are over priced. We paid more for our room for the view but it was lacking cleanliness. Our washroom toilet was soiled with feces on it and the shower was not clean. I was the first one to use the shower and I saw that the shower curtain had red and yellow stains all over it and the floor was yellow. Our room was dusty. The table stand had dried up stains as well so we had to use the alcohol wipes we bought to reclean the surfaces. On the first day, we left our room with our clothes and other belongings on our bed and when we came back our clothes and belongings were on the dirty room couch with our beds made. Everything else was restocked which we appreciated but I was not aware that housekeeping would be touching the guests belongings. The following day we needed towels so I went up to a housekeeper that was cleaning a room and she was moving around some of the furniture in the room and cleaning up with gloves on. When I asked for towels she used the same soiled gloves from the guests room to give me clean towels. My sister and I also noticed that the bed duvet in not fully covered with a sheet. It is exposed and we saw that the duvet was soiled with stains on it. They were many red and yellow stains so we slept with our jackets on instead. The indoors and outdoor furniture was also very soiled with stains on it so we did not sit on those either.

All of the staff were very helpful and my overall experience was great. Special shoutout to Ron at the adventure sports kiosk and Mario who provided great service while we were at the pool. Also Norma took great care of our room and was very friendly and hospitable. All around great place. Definitely coming back.
