Room was too small but the worst thing it is not possible to open the door of the gardrop because of the bed location. It was too tight. Rest is good. Clean, nice breakfast, helpful stuff, good location.

The hotel was great, the breakfast was fine, the location was great but the restaurant had absolutely the worst food for dinner. It was really a joke.

The hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. When we reported that the room had no heating they immediately sent us a room heater and the following morning gave us a new room

Great central location. Tasty buffet breakfast. Some rooms (mine was 527) are incredibly small with uncomfortable location of toilet in bathroom. But this is a minor issue overall unless you’re spending all day in your room

Great location to all the tourist spots!

Great, clean, comfortable hotel. Biggest bonus is it’s close to sights, restaurants, and tons of shopping. We loved Porto and thought the hotel was perfect and affordable. When you go try to get to this restaurant- Maria Rita.

Modern and Clean place

Great location. Very nice size family suite. Lovely staff. Only complaint was that they turn the AC off at 2am and it gets very hot and stuffy when you sleep. You can’t open the windows because it gets too loud. Walls must be thin because we could hear toddlers screaming early in the morning from a nearby room. I’d say it’s between 3-4 stars.

This rates itself 4 stars, I'd rate closer to 3. The room was quite basic (brown and beige decor) and not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. There was no feeling of luxe about it, it wasn't particularly inspiring. The mattress was very hard. There was no information book/leaflet (for instance how to call reception, so if we needed something (an iron/hairdryer)) etc we had to go and ask for it downstairs. Some of the plug sockets worked, some didn't. After a while, we were like meh, and weren't surprised. The location is okay. I think there are better areas to stay in, that being said you can walk everywhere from here and it did feel quite safe. We didn't eat in the hotel instead opting to try as many of the local eateries as possible so I can't comment on the food. We did have a drink at the bar. Two cocktails which were bad and expensive, so it was annoying to have to pay for them. We got great cocktails around the corner for a third of the price. Overall this hotel was completely underwhelming which was disappointing.

Most people would start with location, I’d rather start saying a big thanks to the staff of this great hotel. They were most friendly and welcoming during our whole stay . This hotel is close to all main site of this amazing city. We will be back!

My room was spacious, clean and had a bidet, a small kitchenette ( I loved the kettle as I had some green tea with me that I could enjoy ). There was a sunny balcony, that was unfortunately very noisy, but a great place to dry some hand washed items. The breakfast was the best I'd ever seen at a hotel. Tropical fruits, juices, yougurt, cheeses, meats, eggs, breads and you could order from a menu as well. Great coffee too. And the staff was charming and super helpful. Also this hotel turned out to be 5 min from my friend's apartment and very easy to walk to the Lido or the other way to SAnta Catarina park. Highly recommend .
