This hotel was nothing like what I saw when I booked it. Not worth the money. The room opened straight into the front parking lot. I could hear people coming in & out of the cars all night. Non-smoking does not apply here. I requested a 2nd floor room but was told nothing was available. The manager was clearly confused about room availability. Gave me a key to a room that was occupied. when I finally got a room there were cockroaches in the room. The bathtub had mold. Not staying there again!

AMAZING STAYS

It was comfortable place, clean room, linen and bathroom. It had a ev charger which was a plus. Only Room freshener sprayed in our was a bit too strong.

The only negative about this property is the condition of the hallway carpeting. It is old, dirty and needs to be replaced. Every other aspect of this property was fantastic! Staff, amenities, value for the money, all of it. The complimentary breakfast was superb.

This hotel was exactly as pictured. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and had many options. I would 10/10 recommend. I was just looking for a little quiet "mom getaway" for the weekend and I found it here. It was quiet, relaxing, close to malls, stores and food options.

Hotel was a good value, located close to ballpark and other areas visited. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. No complaints at all.

Felipe, the front desk worker, was completely incompetent. He appeared to be under the influence and was unable to handle his job or process conversations. My family and I had booked two separate rooms, but he mixed up the reservations. Instead of admitting his mistake, he fabricated a story, claiming that my family member used my ID to check in. I had to correct him multiple times, which only led to more lies from him. This became extremely frustrating, so I just asked for the room keys. The first set he gave us was for a room that was already occupied. When I requested the correct keys, and realized he mixed up our rooms, he refused to give them to us, despite the fact that I had already paid. In the end, we had no choice but to leave. They refused to refund our money, and I lost money. It’s clear that this place is desperate for cash and lacks the proper technology to ensure smooth guest check-ins. I strongly advise against booking at this hotel or any location within this chain!

Staff was friendly and it was quiet, clean. Nice hotel for the price point.

Highly recommend it!

There was no particular inconvenience, but it took a lot of time to let insects come in through the gap in the door, perhaps because it was on the first floor.

The complimentary breakfast was really nice. The room was clean and in an excellent condition. I especially like toiletries povided in the bathrooom. I really enjoyed the stay.

The room smelled like smoke and bathroom door has no lock and doesn't close all the way. Dim lit area with dilapidated buildings all around. 2 stars.

Friendly and good breakfast

The property was clean and safe. The staff was kind and help with all our needs.

Still smells of weed everywhere and checking in took about 20 minutes (with a reservation) but it’s still the best place. Lots of dogs barking this time so 4 stars should suffice.

Hotel is nice. At first the hotel smelled like cigarettes, however the cleaners did a good job of cleaning up the smell. The front desk people were nice about accommodating my request. The room was extremely hot! I had to turn the air way down bc the air was shut off before we got in our room The breakfast was good and the hotel is nice and decent and affordable

Great location in proximity to the ballpark, and there’s plenty of restaurants and stores in the nearby areas.
