Good and affordable place to stay in Durango. A bit outdated here and there, but very clean. Excellent friendly service. Would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted amazingly! The rooms were super clean, just older. Quiet night for us.. but bright. Needed a sleep mask. Great price. Coffee was in room even though it said it was not. Easy parking.

Nice, small family-owned inn a few miles north of town. Basic amenities (coffee maker). No restaurant or breakfast offerings, but MANY restaurants in town.

Property needs updates. No hot water at 8AM for a shower, no free breakfast. Maid didn’t come in at all to replenish towels or empty trash. Poor value for the money.

If you like to support small, local businesses, this is a good place to do that. It’s a 1950s/1960s style motel, which can be great sometimes and scary sometimes. This one is quite good. The property manager is friendly and on top of his game. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. It’s an older property without a lot of frills. But our stay was fine and completely uneventful.

Durango is a beautiful town. But this motel seemed old and tired. It was fairly expensive compared to many of the other hotels and suites on out trip and was the only one that didn't include breakfast.

Had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable and we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms! Also very friendly staff!! Loved our stay!

This was a very nice hotel! Staff was really amazing and very welcoming. The room was perfect: clean, Keurig coffeemaker, nice bathroom.

It certainly was not an 8.2 property. It was an older motel quite a ways from the certain of town. When we got here they didn’t have the room we ordered. They eventually found us a different one. It had not been prepaid as we had been told. I really hope we were not charged twice.

The carpets were a stained all over and the toilet took forever to refill after one flush. No phones in the room to contact anyone in case of a problem.

The booking was not the way I wxpected. I thought I paid online and when checking in I wa not. I couldn't pay with a foreign credit card. Was kind of an embarrassment. But else all was good. Friendly service thogh.

Stay was great. The entire room including the bathroom was clean. Staff were very hospitable and helpful with the questions we had. I would stay here again

This hotel is nothing fancy but is very clean and comfortable. The staff (Zack) was so friendly and helpful suggesting dining options and other things to do in the area. He even carried our luggage up to the second floor for us (4 women traveling together).The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Zack offered to have a pot of coffee ready for us in the morning. This hotel is older, but they are renovating the rooms. The location was perfect with only a few minutes drive to restaurants and the train station. The price was right, too. Jordan checked us out and asked how everything was. He was also very friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!

Mixed experience - staff was good, A/C hard time cooling room until around 11pm, no breakfast provided, wasn't used to using Hulu TV remote so took a while to find the volume on the side of the remote.

Basic motel, very dated. While clean, the carpet, furnishings, and bathroom were very old. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the property was not a good value for what we paid.

I really like how this property is run. The staff are kind, extremely helpful, and you can tell they take pride in their work. This was the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. The room was comfortable, safe, and had nice extras like designated spill rags and quality soap dispensers. The linen and towels were exceptionally clean. The property has easy access trash cans, ice machines, and laundry. I also like I can just walk two doors down and get Serious Texas BBQ. What more could you need?

The property was very clean but..... parking spots were small and few. The room was very clean but very dated. No coffee in rooms, no breakfast or anything. No outdoor area except parking lot. Smaller rooms. Our AC wasn't working and our doorknob was very loose. If we hadn't been in a no refund policy we would've left. I felt the room was misrepresented and was very disappointed. Never again.

Nothing fancy, but it was perfect for what I needed. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the staff was great!

This was really a nice place. It was unfortunate that the AC didn’t work well. The second night the gentleman there gave us a fan. That helped. Regular TV would be nice. I’m not a streamer. I had to go to the bathroom to read. The lamps were fairly bright but not high enough to read.
