hotel was average. The most intresting thing Hotel charged me twice for my stay. I called them after 5 days. after going through the details for 30 min international call they told yes we did charge you twice. can you send us a e mail.

Normally I use that hotel every time I'm in Paris, It's perfect located, good service and a beautiful design room, with enough space.

Pretty much every landmark is within walking distance
The hotel is very well kept and clean
The only negative is that the bar isnt open sunday or monday which is a shame but woul highly recommend a stay here.

I had an amazing experience. I want to especially thank Roman. He went over and beyond to put together a birthday surprise for my hubby. The staff was very nice and hotel is quite central and close to everything, restaurants and shopping.I loved my stay at this hotel.

The decor reflects a chic Parisian sensibility you’d hope for. Location was fantastic, a short walk from so many landmarks. The Madeleine metro was 2 minutes from the hotel. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

The hotel is in a great location for shopping enthusiast, walkable to the major department stores. Since there are constructions happening around the hotel, it felt very dusty in the rooms. For anyone who is allergic to dust as I am, my allergies were on a all time high. The staff were nice to move me to a higher floor with a window, however, it still felt dusty, though less since I could have the window open. Otherwise, nice hotel.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. We had a housekeeper enter our room without knocking on the door or announcing themselves. The front staff admitted the wrongdoing and said that they "assumed" no one was in the room because of a shopping bag delivery. When we confronted the manager, he completely denied everything and was very rude and unprofessional.

All staff are friendly and approachable. Linda has kindly checked us in early as we arrived at 10 in the morning and we managed to catch a wink.
We love the hotel’s interior, so chic and cosy, close to shops and restaurants and Metro.
Breakfast buffet was decent and would definitely come back to this hotel in our future visit to Paris.

The hotel has the worst non-usable or hygienic mattresses I ever encountered; seriously those mattresses are curved in the middle and simply need to be replaced (a deep curved shape).
Also, due to the door closing mechanism, if you stay in the hotel, get ready to woke up everyday hearing door’s slamming at least 5 to 6 times for every room, while the cleaning crew operating their services, or when residents are retuning late at night or leaving early morning.

Very bad experience, room is very dark, not clean, can hear construction all the time, noisy, breakfast choice very limited, will never come back.

We had a lovely stay at the New Hotel Roblin. My youngest son wasn’t feeling well and wanted some bread the evening we checked in. Bakeries closed, but the staff provided us with a basket of bread for him. So above and beyond! Great hotel!

wonderful location, super clean and safe environment. many cafes just next door. close to subway and walk distance to museums. will definitely come back again ( and you will love their gym!)

Situated in a great location 20 mins walk to the Louvre and high end shops nearby. Metro was in close distance and Eiffel Tower cost just 10 euros in a taxi. Rooms were smart and breakfast was lovely fresh and varied , always being replenished. The best part about this hotel were the staff. All super friendly and helpful and their English was fluent which helped. There are so many hotels to choose from in Paris it can become overwhelming to pick but I’m pleased we chose this one. Thankyou !

Staff wasn’t helpful. Made us wait an entire day to get a very simple problem sorted out. Really disappointed and not worth the money they charged for each room. Best Western just behind this hotel was so much more helpful, courteous with better room rates.

There was a constitution at the hotel starting every morning at 8.30am

The decor was beautiful. The original room assigned was not sound proof as advertised. After I complained, a suit was assigned which was very quiet. A chair in the bedrm. was stained. And the heating was poor.
