Wonderful staff. Miracle healing water. Great restaurant. A hidden gem

The outside grounds and thermal pools are well maintained. The room was very outdated - carpeting/furniture/ceiling/doors all from the 70's. Price was right!!

I like the hotel room clean n spacious the only thing is the spa they’re not hot enough

Older property but kept up. Everything was in working order. For the price we paid we got probably one of the worst on the property farthest from front desk overlooking parking and housekeeping area so I can only assume other rooms are better. But we didn’t stay in the room much so it was ok. Fridge micro and coffeemaker. Hardly any plugs in room for plugging devices- that needs to be changed. Tv had lots of channels but could not view guide and channels did not have labels so we just flipped around. The pools were warm and pretty clean. Advice- bring spa robe or something for when you get out of pool, bring flip flops or water shoes, bring travel essentials the soap etc in the room are very basic. Bring your own sugar and creamer and water for coffeemaker. Had a good stay, not luxurious but nice. Parking fills up fast but I did feel secure. Elevator in the back smelled like urine.

Beautiful spa pools- Some of the carpet especially in the elevator has a mildew smell, they should remove the old carpet and replace with vinyl or other type of floors

Came for a quick get away.. it was good for the price. A little out dated. Some pools did not have water. I wish the temperature was lidted outside every pool and not only in the hotel lobby.

We love the pools, staff is always super nice and friendly. Adam is great in the restaurant/bar. The hotel is old, they do their best to maintain it.

Although the property itself is a bit tired looking , our room was clean and comfortable Dinner at the Capri was excellent , our waiter Tommie was awesome. Enjoyed our time in the assorted pools .

So the place in its self was not bad. It’s very retro which I personally find charming. I don’t need updated furniture. What peeved me is that before I booked, I specifically asked if I could do a late check out. I can pay the fee, that’s fine! The person on the phone said yes. I’m coming with my dog, daughter, and myself so I do need the room a bit longer than another family would. Once I got there, they told me they could not accommodate me like that. That they needed to book other people. Bummer ! I mean, yes I know the people who are booking would have paid more. But I was looking forward to lounging, dining, and actually doing a spa treatment for me and my daughter ! What they would’ve made with the night booking I could’ve spent that money in their facilities. I was disappointed I did not get to experience this place.

I love the hotel but the service is kinda off because I ask for a towel for Friday and Saturday and I never got any coz it’s always out.it’s inconvenient

The rooms were great ,but what wasnt great was the service, the front dest attendent was rude his name is Daniel, we were in a villa and were not given room keys ,we were told we could use the hotel amenities even though we were off site ,but when we went to the pool and asked for towels he said we could only exchange towels ,i explained to him we were in a villa and had no towels to exchange, he was rude and said there were no towels to give. So i asked for a manager and he said there was no manager on side ,and when I questioned it he said oh yea hes right there 20 feet behind me ,so he called him over ,i explained the situation and he walked me over to get some towels and he did it with a smile, its unfortunate that Daniel doesn't value his job enough to be courteous to the hotel guest, we were there checking the hotel out ,for a wedding reception, unfortunately we will seek another location simple based on the treatment given by Daniel

Warm atmosphere, very friendly.

It was ok, the personal was friendly, but not so quiet in the pool area..

Weve been here 5 times. Sone of the front desk people are usually stressed and rude.

Not a fan when people start playing their own music and are drinking too much around the pool

the room it was dirty the carpet horrible and same body try to go in on the room and they try and try call the from desk but the security never when to the room

So I wanted to give them a chance and make it right I stayed at this hotel arrived first day. Everything was great. Took my girlfriend for her birthday to get away for the weekend. I was given the option of paying cash for my room which I did and was told to give my card so they can, have a security deposit for the room I did that just to find out a week later I was never charged a security deposit and claim that gave them less than what I did Also claimed I gave Change with the bills that I gave them which was an outright lie, and when they checked, the cameras, saw that no change was given, and she still came up with excuses for her employees when I Talk to a manager Gave her a chance to make it right she said she’d give me a call back called numerous times. Never got a call back. Talk to her once.DONT PAY CASH because if your not careful and pay attention will rob u of some TERRIBLE MANAGERS/MANAGMENT/CUSTOMER SERVICE Forgot to add when I was talking to around the phone while she was reviewing the cameras she saw I did not give no change she saw I gave them bills big bills at thatc And still said the best she can do is give me $100 off my Next stay Crazy to think I would stay again especially after this The only upside were the housekeepers very nice people

It was amazing! The hot springs were great and there was a deck overlooking the hot springs!

I like that the Hotel isn't in a busy area. The pools are maintained. My room was spacious. The chairs could use an update. The spa was also a bit dated in the waiting area. The massage was wonderful.

The mineral pool water feels great and 24 hour access is convenient for anyones schedule. However, the pool area needs upgrades, old chairs to sit on, ponds around the pool were not maintained and full of dark water. To some extent we expected families and children in the pools but after a particular hour we were told children were not allowed. That wasn’t true and there wasn’t any staff really present during the day or evening hours to monitor. Just a lifeguard during the day. When I consider mineral pools I think that a cleaner pool area and more serene environment would be expected for relaxing. It was hard with multiple speakers blasting music in every direction and parties going on that took up the hotter mineral pools that I would have like to enjoy also. Again no one was monitoring and this is the primary selling point for the hotel. There are no pool stations to switch out used towels and If you are lucky like us, you happen to walk by three housekeepers who pointed to the next person to switch them out for you. Regarding our room, the space was large but the air conditioning unit was old and very noisy! The rooms could also use upgrades. For the price you are paying I was expecting more from at least the pool areas and monitoring to allow all guests access.

Great mini getaway with clean pools and offers shaded areas!

This place was a little bit like a time capsule. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was more than worth the affordable night we paid.

Carpet, and throughout the entire buildings , there is a need to paint, replace and install newer commodities.
