Easy access to a nice little beach. There was a seal on it when we visited. Good food. Spacious rooms. Nice gift shop.

The staff (especially the front desk) are so welcoming and kind. The rooms are nice, the location is excellent. My 6 year old had the best time at the pool and on the waterslide. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was ok. They were in the process of renovation or maintenance. The bedsheets were rough. I've nrver stayed at a hotel with sheets like that. I had to call twice get new sheets

Not Mahalo! worst service I ever received at a hotel the service put me in a mood all trip I will take my business elsewhere! Hilton HI do not respond to this review you had multiple opportunity's to make things write you even sent txt asking how to make it right I sent txt asking for apology and you ghosted me. please no fake online apologies to save face for future guests

Clean, safe, great pool and on the beach, room was large with amenities , will definitely be back!

The room have condensation and leaks. Most of the amenities are closed. The property is under a lot of renovation.

The dining area and bar were closed and not advertised as closed for renovations. Our room was dirty when we checked in (then was still dirty after the one cleaning we were allowed in our 10 day stay). Fire alarm went off for no reason at 5a. We had evacuate and was told it was an error. No power for 2 hours one evening as well. Multiple pool towel shortages and were ridiculous with giving out fresh towels. Pool was closed for whatever reason for 6 hours during our stay as well. The staff was super unhelpful and rude. Tried to bring the issue up to management AND Expedia through the stay and was basically told “nothing we can do”. Would not recommend this hotel.

Pool is well maintained. We were sad to see the pool bar/restaurant shut down for remodel. It was not disclosed upon booking. The property only has 1 EV charger which was very busy. One more would be helpful.

Front desk and bellhops were great on arrival. I’m thinking someone didn’t want 12th floor so we scored a room with wrap around balcony with a sweeeeeeet view. Huge bathroom and nice kitchen. Grocery store and restaurants across the street. Pool area and hot tub were nice. Beach access right on property. Easy drive to kaanapali beach. Had a pretty cool outdoor putt putt also.

Great hotel, renovations in progress. Very family friendly and easy to park. Only downside was lots of bug bites after sleeping each night.

Staff is extremely friendly and very willing to help. Location feels like it’s blocked in by other properties. Construction is being done for renovations, current inconveniences but will probably make property very nice. Limited food options for its location.

I am very unhappy with my stay. The hotel was old and in poor condition. The bathroom in my new room smelled like urine, and the coffee maker did not work. Despite requesting a replacement, it was never provided. Additionally, there was loud construction in the room above mine that started early in the morning and continued all day, making it impossible for my child to nap. When I reported these issues to the manager, their only response was, "I'm sorry."
