It’s always nice to stay here but don’t expect to have your room cleaned everyday. The cookies are to die for. Check in and front desk is always great.

It's a beautiful hotel.

We loved this property and plan on returning as soon as we can! The lobby is amazing. (Fireplace, pool table, bar and restaurant) Our room was very comfortable! Specifically the pillows! I plan on ordering some for our home! I loved the in room Crabtree and Eveyln soap/shampoo/conditioner. Very nice place to stay if you’re in the area.

So many accommodations. You didn’t need to leave for anything.

Our a/c didn’t work in our room. The sink leaked on the floor. They didn’t give us a discount when I told them we didn’t sleep well because it was so hot in the room. Charge $18 a day for parking when the parking lot is empty.

We picked the place for the pool. Unfortunately due to a cleaning process the pool was not available the day of arrival as well as the next morning departure. In general the location, restaurant, facilities, rooms and beds are great and we love the place. Parking should be free. The big negative for me was the unacceptable low pressure of the shower. If you want to save water then this way is not a good way. I had to run the water much longer to get all the soap off. At my home I turn on the water, rinse, turn off, ladder up, turn on and rinse. Much less and shorter water usage with proper pressure.

The facilities were fine. The food was ok. The hotel was a bit isolated with nothing around but golf courses.

Had to ask for towels too my many times. The day before we checked out, our room was not even cleaned.

The room smelled like a smokers room. The rooms are dated and not clean. There was mold in our bathroom.

Had delay flight so arrived around midnight just to find out the receptionist went on break. They apparently don’t have anyone covering. Hotel doesn’t seem to have professional standards or professional courtesies

Great customer service, pet friendly they even left dog treats up in front lobby, beautiful entry. Overall great stay I would book here again! 4.5 out of a 5. The only complaint was the pillow was little firm for my neck but that’s just my preference.

A little disappointed with this property. We checked in late and noticed there were strands of chair left on desk chair in the room. Does not seem this was cleaned properly as there was a hair tie left in the shower.

No free parking or breakfast.

There was no soap in the shower Late check out is 30 mins? Our balcony was covered in cobwebs and it was facing a dusty dried up cotton field ????? Huh

I don’t recommend this location. We had several issues with our room and their room service. Our room wasn’t prepared properly. There was no hair dryer and shower gel was empty. The phone in our room wasn’t working and we had to go to the front desk and ask for the items above. It took us two more trips to the front desk and eventually after 2 hours they delivered them. The room was also very dirty. There were stains all over the cabinets and the shower also had stains. They charged me for items or services we never used & I need to call them to dispute the false charge. Avoid this place!

I booked a room with a garden patio. When I checked in, I asked the woman “this is a quiet area, right?” She told me it was. Unbeknownst to me there was a convention going on and the hallway we were in was the main party hallway, complete with 5 booze rooms, one across the hall. The noise started at 10pm, night desk told me there was no other room to move us to. It took me getting angry, something I hate to do, for the guy to “magically” find another room for us. We moved at 10:30 , to a quiet room on the second floor. Management took 1 night stay off of the bill with copious apologies One of the convention people told me they have this event every year and try to book the whole hallway, they were denied some of the booking's this year. You think the desk people should have gotten an alert not to book others in this area. Or alert customers as to this. Yea, I’m not staying here again. We booked because it’s a nice upscale hotel. It’s also a convention hub for Sonoma county. Might add the phone in both rooms did not work. Had to go to desk x2 in my pajamas.

Our water pump had broken at home so we had no water for two days. we checked into the Doubletree for showers it is 15 minutes away from home and it felt like a mini vacation . The lobby, the pool, the garden area all well-maintained the restaurant served a delicious dinner very nice place we will visit again

The hotel is very nice looking and well maintained. They check you n at 4 check out at 11 which doesn’t seem fair. They charge for parking! There’s no good wifi reception. If you arrive early there’s no restaurant or cafe. They open and close with check in and out times!

We planned a family staycation hoping to use the pool. The pool is advertised as "heated" but unfortunately it is not. Overall the hotel is dated and needs repair, there are many newer options nearby. Avoid this location.

The grounds where beautiful

This massive hotel is surrounded by a large golf course, in walking or driving distance for plenty of restaurants and is staffed with the most friendly employers iv met during my travels. The pool at the center of the hotel is crustal clear along with the hot tub. Lastly the price per night is what amazed me, we will definitely be returning.

Very attractive grounds - beautifully kept - tranquil.

My wife and I stayed for the first leg of our honeymoon and it was a fantastic experience. The property was private and vast. Thank you so much!

This property is very nice. Everything about the resort was excellent-- from the ease of checking in, to the food in the restaurant, to the courtyard area. If you need a hotel in the wine country area, then this is a perfect option. If you want to golf, play pickleball or tennis, or sit out by the pool, there were plenty of options. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Really, just nothing negative about this visit.
