Absolutely the worst start to a stay at a Hampton Inn ever. The guy who checked me in was the rudest employee I have ever encountered at a Hampton. I booked on Hotels.com and arrived to check in. There were 2 guys checking in when I arrived. The employee finished up with them then walked away without a word (while he was gone, the guys raided the small store area without paying for anything. The employee came back and another young man paid for his snacks. Then I asked to check in and he asked for my ID and form of payment. I told him I had prepaid online and he rolled his eyes. He asked for a card for a deposit and I asked could I just pay a cash deposit because at another hotel, an employee had stolen $300 from my card. I offered up to a $500 cash deposit. He said no, so I handed him my card and he disappeared behind a door for several minutes. When he came back, I asked why he had taken my card to another room for several minutes and told him I was not comfortable with that. He said if I wanted a manager, I could complain in the morning. A couple behind me were incredulous that he was so rude I asked him why he was being so rude to me and he again invited me to complain in the morning to a manager. I will be canceling this card in the morning, as I still don't know why he disappeared with my card. He finally handed me 1 key card and didn't even tell my room number, directions to anything, etc.

It was pet friendly and the pool area was clean ,room was clean and quiet.The breakfast was good.

In a good area. Check-in process easy, although we had to wait a few minutes for someone to arrive, no other issues. Room was clean and comfortable. Fairly quiet, but for a Saturday night do expect some staying at a hotel to be noisy but nothing too late so it wasn’t too much of an issue. Check out process easy

Probably would not stay here again. Hotel was old and not maintained to Hilton standards. Room was OK. Breakfast was just average.

The room is fine. However, when we got there, a homeless man was posted up outside the doors for hours. When it turned dark, half of the parking lot lights did not work. There were several people out drinking in front of the building until 2 am. We went to the front desk and asked if they do anything about the security concerns. The staff said it is fine and police are near. The breakfast in the morning included an egg mash casserole. It was undercooked. I have stayed at A LOT of Hamptons. I would NEVER recommend staying here to anyone. It needs to be sold to another company or they need to get their act together.

Super clean! Seems recently remodeled everything was very nice and new. Very friendly staff and full breakfast!

Judy was as unhelpful and rude as she could have been. The young man (Chris?) was sweet and apologetic, but what I assume was a manager with long fingernails and a ponytail (I didn't get his name) was rude and indifferent to both myself and to Chris and the issues we were bringing to his attention. The room itself was clean and well appropriated. We couldn't use the pool because it was being cleaned at 4:00 in the afternoon (not the end of the world, but weird to clean it at that time of day, right before a storm). The service ruined it for me, but otherwise it was fine.

Nice overnight stay. Hotel appears fairly new and rooms were clean and comfortable. Better than normal breakfast.

Property was clean and convenient to the highway

Everything was great from check in to check out. We were in town for a softball tournament, so there were a lot of kids and families there. The Hampton was very accommodating for everyone. Not sure If Ill stay in this area again, but I will 100% come back here if I do.

The staff did the bare minimum about parking issues. It smelled really weird in the whole building. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Great staff at check in

Two issues with this property and one of the two is mostly on me. If you visit This property request a room on the right side of the building as highway noise images sleeping rough. Secondly the AC unit does not have a constant fan option. This white noise would cover much of the highway noise and keeps the unit from “clunking” on and off

Breakfast area was fantastic many options for picky eaters. Had no issues. Took a minute to figure out the tv. You have to hook up wifi from phone to get wifi to work on tv. That i didnt know.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were driving a classic car, they were able to move our room so we could see the car out our window. The breakfast was good, and area was very nice. Cute downtown area in a walkable distance, with a couple nice restaurants, and ice cream shop.

Very nice and clean

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! It is very clean and bright. The rooms are perfect. Breakfast was AMAZING! Eggs, biscuits and gravy AND waffle griddles! My teens and I were very happy. The walls seem a bit thin (we could hear our neighbors a bit) but that wouldn't stop me from staying here again.

Good stay

Everything was great, the room and bathroom were clean. I would stay there again. The only problem that I had this morning was that we got down to the lobby at 10:15 am to grab a quick breakfast and the ladies were already closing down the breakfast area, it closes at 11am.

Nice hotel, close to the interstate, bed was comfortable, pillows could use an update, staff was friendly and our room was clean

We did not have cool or cold water in the shower.

The electric window shade was torn and broken. Luckily, the window sill was wide enough to place the chair seat cushions in the window so people couldn't see me walking around naked.
