I35 is very noisy, and the smoke detector in my room is disconnected. There is no coffee maker in the room

Good location off main highway it was safe and comfortable.

The inn was nice, clean and quiet. The staff member Cindy was so sweet from the moment I arrive to when I left. I will book again if I come back in town.

Lady in front was nice as can be wish I could say the same for hotel. Rooms were not cleaned dead bugs walls were disgusting, stains all over walls scared to even sleep. Said it had pool no pool!

Where to start?
Of the two towels made available for bathing only one had the smallest of stains which was about a quarter of the towels entirety. I was forced to use a washcloth to dry off with. As for the restroom in general it would be good practice to clean the urine from around the toilet at least once a month? That was absolutely disgusting! Nobody has ran a mop or even a decent broom in that bathroom for moths. You can tell by all of the debris in the corners. When I pulled the sheets back to inspect the sleeping area finding hair in between the sheets is a HARD NO for me. I slept on top of the bed spread after I turned it over. As a former Law Enforcement officer I would definitely use the term gang infested. Along with the aggressive homeless that wait around the parking lot to take notice of who is checking in and what they're taking in and most important for them leaving in the cars. You would fair better finding the local Walmart and just sleeping in your car. The bed was mounted on some sort of broken metal cabinet or something. It was extremely bizarre. This is a must NOT!!!

I could not get a Wi-Fi signal in my original room, and the owner graciously moved me to a room closer to the Wi-Fi router. I am very appreciative of that. It’s a very clean hotel, not a lot of frills, but great price.

Overall nice. Not much breakfast to speak of.....primarily coffee and breads assortment, however, the price was right. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Will stay there again.

While have a major problem when it comes to $50 deposit on top of the daily. Pillows were horrible, shower floor did appear to clean and NO PHONE IN THE ROOM!! AND BREAKFAST WAS TROUBLE no ice nor was the Juice machice was of out of order!

The room looked nice and remodeled… until the roaches came out to greet you! We got outta there fast. checked out 20 mins after we arrived!

VERY nice bathroom remodel with Excellent water preasure! For a queen room, a sitting chair would have been nice but all other aspects were great!
Could use another window on highway side to cut noise. If windows aren't used and let in air with screens, consider this.

Sindy the manager is an amazing woman, has lots of stories to share and is eager to help.
Breakfast is light, but coffee stays hot for you until noon which is a GREAT plus.
Room: walls and tub have seen better days. Clean and comfortable bed.
Situation: facing the highway, I hope you enjoy the noise better then us?
2 stars overall because $78 tag.
The price should be closer to $39.

Love the Texas waffles but they need to fix their juice machine. Friendly staff, and surprisingly quiet on the side of hotel facing the pool. My favorite place to stay in Belton.

The motel is going under major renovations. Room wasn’t quite ready yet, trim work etc. Water was backwards, with that knowledge it was ok.

The room didn't have towels when I left there and, because I brought some of my own, anyways, the front desk broad tried accusing me of stealing the towels and didn't wanna give my security deposit back. You couldn't pay me to steal towels from a 1 star motel. GET SERIOUS!!! Never again would I waste my time nor money here.

The tub did not drain. No coffee pot in the room. The queen size bed was a full. Bed is very uncomfortable. Fly trapped in the container where bread was kept at the common room for free breakfast. O.j. and apple juice machine not working. No milk for cereal. Will never book there again

I don’t think I would give this hotel a second chance, unless they do some major cleaning. Where to begin the bathroom sink, it took forever for the water to go down, there was hair in the bathtub, there was tiny roaches in the microwave with some white stuff in there, there was no bathtub stopper. There is not much room to move around.

The parking was the only complaint I could have (just awkward for my room location… great for the money… around the corner from a police station so very safe environment

Nice simple property. Some of housekeeping needs some help. Tile floors in both rooms we stayed in need to be swept. Shower area s could use more details on cleaning. Shower had long black hair stuck to the wall in the shower. Overall fairly nice. But we needed someplace warm,. #icestorm2023

Noise due to interstate and room is not sound proof. Front desk staff we're welcoming, kind, friendly and happy.
Rooms need upgrading. Hallway needs to be wider, clear of objects and hallway floors walls and guardrail needs to be painted waterblasted and removed
(broking furnitures, flower vases, plant fertilizer). Our front door view has a nice garden view clean and well kept.

From the reviews, we were nervous about this stay. Super easy off and on the interstate, couldn’t have been easier! The room was clean and the shower was fantastic. Staff was very friendly. I’d stay again!

The location and price were a good combination, which was why I chose it. It shows its age by some cracked concrete, and there was some construction on the front going on when I was there, so I think they're aware that the physical appearance needs some polishing
