The Hotel Westminster is very conveniently located in the center of Paris. I walked everywhere! The staff was friendly and truly helpful in every way.

Most at the front desk/registration were courteous and helpful; however, one of the front-desk attendants yelled at me. I was taken aback. She was impatient and totally out of line. I've never had that happen in my entire life. Very strange.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is centrally located; it was convenient to get around town,. The room was spacious and clean with a modern updated bathroom. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

We have been here twice in the last 6 months. And will come back again. So close to the lovely shopping and eating districts. Great value too compared to some of its counterparts.

We loved the hotel! Perfect location a block from the opera and the metro station, also a block from place vendom. Hotel is very pretty, so Parisian. I love the room and the view and the staff super helpful and friendly. They help us make reservations in some restaurants.

Central for everything. Near the shops and restaurants. Breakfast offered a good choice. Only down side our single beds requested were right up against each other which wasn’t ideal and room wasn’t very big but all in all a pleasant stay.

I have been staying with Hotel Westminster for 5 times since 2015. I have kept staying there because of its excellent location, French-styled design and furnishings, cleanliness and good service.

An overall good experience. Elevator was really small and there was no continental breakfast. Those two reasons lost them my fifth star rating.

Only reason I give it a 4 star instead of 5, upon arrival and departure didn’t get any help with luggage. When we arrived my wife and I struggled with our 4 pieces of luggage through the door with no help, even when the check in staff saw as coming nothing was offered as far as help. Later on I mentioned it to Pierre and Waleed at front desk who were very helpful. They apologized and said that should have not happen. Fiona at front desk was amazing and helpful. The room was great very spacious, bed very comfortable. Location was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable traditional hotel with a nice feel and centrally located, within walking distance of major shops and sights. All the staff were very pleasant and friendly. Very nice quiet room. Breakfast was a bit expensive.

Wonderful hotel with charm and character. The room was spacious, bright, and newly renovated, while keeping a traditional style. The location was ideal. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Conveniently located in the Opera district, on a side street, so not too noisy. Staff was very helpful and made us feel taken care of. Room was spacious, and bed was comfy. Easy walk to the metro, and 15 minute walk to the Louvre.
