Amazing stay.

Indeed Westin in Maui is a 5 star hotel. From the nice view to ocean and mountain, nice staff, number of outdoor pools, many entertainment, super kids friendly, relaxing.

Appreciated some of the easier dining options although they were really expensive. Gym was very crowded and equipment was very tightly packed which made it difficult to use. Staff was friendly and rooms very clean. Elevators seemed slow and crowded most of time.

Walking into the resort to check in and it was basically outside was awesome! The coy fish pond and waterfall were a beautiful welcoming surprise! I loved the separation of swimming pools so that you could move from one to another if it got too crowded. The luau was my favorite activity - a must! Road to Hana got me and my son sick as a dog! If you get car sick, avoid this!

Spent a week at The Westin and it was absolutely relaxing and truly a vacation! Even though our room was small, the view was great; the grounds were beautiful; people were friendly: they gave a lot of towels; the market shop had great food; and adult only pools were really nice. One suggestion is for there to be a towel stand closer to the adult pools since it’s located by the kiddie pools on the other side, so people with mobility issues may find it a bit far. We also loved the fine dining at Ulu restaurant and being steps away from Whaler’s Village. The arcade was a nice addition though could be expanded to all ages both day & night to maximize use. All in all, it was a fantastic hotel on Ka’anapali Beach. HIGHLY recommend for anyone visiting Maui! Mahalo!! :)

Very nice resort. Excellent food, but a bit over priced. Also, expensive to rent chairs & umbrella on the beach as Hotel does not provide.Not much to do at night.

Amazing reonnovated property right in the heart of Kannapali, walking distance to all main restaurants and shops. Amazing facilities in the hotel with live bands, arcade, spa and great ocean views. Highly recommend

Has an amazing time at the Westin in Ka’anapal. The rooms are clean. There are a variety of dining options on the property and adjacent mall. The pool was relaxing and right on the beach. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in a Maui vacation!

Outside patio we upgraded to and furniture etc dirty nothing to put on them to enjoy the area. Also the fridge leaked on floor and the room people did mot even try to clean the water up so smelled.

The property was stunning, perhaps the best resort I have ever stayed at with the amenities and location. The pool area, waterfall, lagoon, etc. were beautiful. We loved the elevated pool with the sand bottom. The hula shows, free samples, shops, and convenience to the beach, golf, and Whaler's Village was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and clean, even if decor was a little dated. Would highly recommend to stay here!

Great place for families with small children. Lots of food options. Pool slides were great.

nice to have several pools as the amenity, it’d be nice if the arcade room and heated pool could be open to children.

Our overall stay at Westin was ok. The service was very and slow and poor. Quality of food and drinks are at the lowest standard but they charge for it like you’re eating at a 5 star restaurant. $8 for a black coffee?? I can go on about pricing, but that’s not the point. I’m willing to pay for a great meal and service but not being fooled into overpaying for a less than average experience. The property is old and needs some renovation. Gym, yoga studio, spa, broken pool chairs, etc.

Great place, scenic beautiful nearby shops. One minor thing I wished it had more elevators. But highly recommend.

The grounds were beautiful. The beach was beautiful. The staff was very kind and nice. As is everything in Hawaii particularly Maui. It was very expensive. The major issue was I had two rooms for a total of six people or three people in each room. The bathroom was very small. The room was very small with two queen beds in it. The view from the balcony was nice. I had a $50 per day room credit for each room, but it was really weird because you had to use the $50 each day at certain places you couldn’t use it at one time so I failed to use even my $500 worth of room credits because they had to be used at $50 per day Only at certain restaurants, which was really weird. The Safe in my room did not work. I did visit the Westin villas, which were a much nicer property and next time if I come back, I would stay there rather than at West Maui resort

This was our belated honeymoon away after 37 years of marriage and the Westin Maui Resort and Spa didn't dissapoint. Every day was a dream come true and we cant wait to come back.!

The bathroom vanity/sink area was extremely small, definitely not for 2 people. The bathroom sink would not drain and was extremely dirty. The staff were extremely rude and not helpful. Horrible stay and definitely would not even think about staying there. Will also leave a review about this on yelp.

Your greed is appalling. After paying out the nose for accommodations, you charged for beach chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, etc. your employees were lovely, but the corporate side of your hotel is distasteful. Take the birds out of the cages…it’s gross.

The views and decor of the resort were amazing. I was skeptical if the beautiful photos would really match reality, and I was pleasantly surprised. The exterior, resort water park, and amenities were gorgeous. I loved all the little time differences such as the recessed lighting around the koi pond at night and the lights around the tree at the entrance which made it all feel so magical. The beach was so close, but the comfort of the pools and especially the sand-bottomed warmed pool were even better. My only disappointment, which was much more the fault of my airline, was that my 6-night stay became only a 5-night stay. Due to mechanical issues, the flight my family was on was diverted to San Francisco and forced to wait on the tarmac for hours until eventually being rescheduled for the following morning. I immediately called the resort to see if there was anything they could do about missing check in for the first night, and they sounded very accommodating. The front desk manager, Cameron Marino, said that if we show proof of the flight change, they would take it from there and would handle the refund request. The hotels.com chat also was very reassuring that they would be able to assist me. However, when I arrived, the front desk worker did not know anything about my situation. It was also challenging to work through as there was a lot of noise in the lobby with a dance performance going on. The only concession they made was to extend my resort credit to the day I left,
