Beautiful hotel. Very clean, large rooms. Has a classic but very clean and maintained. Staff was very helpful in finding us transportation. Really nice rooftop terrace and restaurant, great view and food. Would visit again.

Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Hotel was great 50 years ago but now needs major renovation. Very tired room. Restaurant wasn’t good at all. Overcooked fish and veggies, ribs had no taste. Breakfast was just ok. Not many choices of anything: one kind of cheese, one kind salami and one ham, artificial juices no one finished drinking. Restaurant was above our room and they were opening and closing restaurant awning starting as early as 7 am all day and night 1:00, 2:00 AM which made terrible noice and vibrated whole building. Concierge answers questions but so short and you can tell they are sick of questions and don’t want to see tourists anymore, although it’s their job. Disappointed.

Excellent views of mt vesuvius from room and rooftop restaurant. Reseeve rooms with naples bay views. Well worth whatever cost. Spacious well appointed rooms. Restaurant staff very accommodating in ordering off menu though wait staff slow at times as they probably understaffed. One of the Best in Naples.

Great example of an old school Italian hotel with nice rooms facing the sea, and a beautiful rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served overlooking the bay of naples... Worth the extra money...

The property is about 120 years old. It is unique and very clean.

Liked the older style, but needed some maintenance, wifi in the room hardly worked. Room wasn't as advertised exactly. However the AC was great, super cold.

Really great. The hotel is gorgeous and is in a great location. Our room had a spectacular view of the bay. Every single member of the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn't have been better.

The hotel is beautiful and our room had two small balconies with amazing views of the Gulf of Naples. Breakfast is a touch expensive but also has great views and excellent food. The staff aren’t overly friendly, especially in the restaurant for dinner. The food was average at best, expensive and the waiters were rude. My wife’s entree was frozen in the middle. So, if you’re staying, you’ll likely enjoy the building, rooms, views & breakfast…but I don’t recommend dinner and don’t expect warm service. So

Internet didn’t work the entire stay. The door locks, shower, faucets. Everything is in need of desperate renovations.

A great old school property. Lovely, comfortable rooms. So glad I used their car parking service even though it was expensive. Only downside is that, being on the bay, everything is a walk up😃

The utilities, at least for the 2 rooms I booked, where terrible: AC; Plumbing; WiFi. Even after "hotel services" mitigated the issues, ACs failed to cool as programmed, Wifi remained spotty at best, and the plumbing! Don't get me started - absolute nightmare! If you can find a newer facility with better, more modern, utilities, go for it. It may be a grand oldie, but it's not worth the headache!

Excellent place

Had an excellent stay at this hotel. Loved the large room, very clean, comfortable bed, and the highlight was the breakfast on the 7th floor with amazing views and good food. Not many other amenities in the hotel, but overall I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful location on the water. We were very pleased with our rooms, the location and the staff. A very pleasant stay in Naples!

All was absolute perfection. Don’t miss breakfast on the terrace. Pricey for breakfast but worth it.

The staff were too arrogant, not friendly and did not assist us in booking a reservation at the roof top restaurant saying it was fully booked and we passed by the restaurant it was empty but refused to dine in out of principle and went for a nearby restaurant.

Your hotel is gorgeous. Upon our arrival, I asked for a sea view, and we were given an upgrade beautiful room overlooking the water at no charge. We had drinks and snacks on the beautiful rooftop terrace. Our server was super nice, very socialiable with us with a fun sense of humor. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very convenient to the walking restaurants along the water. Very pretty.

Very convenient location, friendly and exceptional staff. Their dining terrace has an exceptional view--if you go, make sure to enjoy at least a cocktail there. Could walk to everything we wanted to see in Naples. Close drive to airport.
