Perfect walking distance to the city center, beautiful location next to river and friendly staff.

Stayed for 9 nights for a business trip. Very clean hotel. Very nice staff. Great location. They made me feel like home and were great. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Mainz.

Excellent location, spacious & modern rooms. One of my family members suffered severe vomiting and diarrhea after eating at the hotel’s restaurant.

Great view of the river and right near the promenade. Easy to walk to drinks or just take in the riverfront. Hotel is modern and clean.

Older Hilton Hotel but nice at all. Walking distance to the old town. Just the price for the room is more like New York City than Mainz - that´s too muchg for what you get and the parking garage is overpriced too.

Nice hotel located by the river. Easy to walk into town. AC did not function as expected.

The hotel was clean and amenities were nice however the AC in my room was terrible and did not work. My room was boiling hot the entire stay which made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

The Hotel has a good location on the Rhein but the way to the city center is a little, well not so perfect. The room is quiet big. I didn‘t know that Hotels still have shower curtains anf bathtubs. All in all the hotel is good for stay.

As with most (all?) European hotels, even in the winter, it’s too hot and you can’t control the temperature beyond a certain range. I’m always a cold person, but I had to sleep on top of the covers to be comfortable. Otherwise, everything was good!

Comfy King, Immaculate Quality Bed Linens, Picturesque River View. Quiet location. Quick easy walk to Xmas Markets. Simple sidewalk stroll across Rhine bridge to/from Train station. Just a perfect Stay—Will return!

Staff were not well informed. One told us they could book us airport transport and when we went to do it another desk clerk said who told you that in a very accusing tone.

Nice clean modern property with a great location on the river while still being close to the historic center. Rooms were extremely comfortable, great breakfast with plenty of options. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only negative was that some of the rooms are in a different tower across the road so it is a bit of a walk from the front desk, but was not an issue for us. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast was wonderful and the morning staff were very friendly. Checkin was smooth and very helpful. Suggested a lovely self guided walking tour that was really worthwhile. The City wing is quite a distance from the main hotel - that could be better explained while booking. Front desk provided poor information about options for getting to Frankfurt airport. Would stay here again!

Room worn out and for disabled. Very uncomfortable for non-disabled. Very noisy because of adjacent elevator. Not possible to sleep well. The entire facility could be freshened up a little.
