I just didn’t like the fact they charged me a resort fee. They charged my card. I was not aware of such fees upon booking.

The property needs to be renovated. The furniture and bathrooms were old and dirty.

The property is very nice. Hotel rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast is great with rotating options and some constant staples. Pool fills up early, be sure to claim your spot. Beach is nice and less busy than the pool. The valet guys are awesome! Great and polite staff are everywhere. This is my second time coming here and I’d come back again. Great times!

I like this hotel because is very close to beach, 1-2 minutes walk and our room was partially beach view.I don’t like mandatory valley parking and charge you $30/ night, their pool is closed at 8. I think is very early to close the pool specially in summer.

Excellent service, views and staff are all great. This was our 2nd year here and plan to make it a yearly trip. Couldn’t ask for nicer staff including the valet guys who go above and beyond! Keep doing what you’re doing!

The facility is looking a little tired, but the staff was helpful and courteous, breakfast was fine. Access to beach and pool were it's finest points. We rented a car which was necessary for dining, grocery shopping, and non-beach activities. The room was spacious with a an equipped kitchen area. Over all a good value proposition.

Breakfast was great. Management was very polite and made everyone feel welcome. However some of the employee's need to work on customer service with working with the public.

The 2-bedroom suite is very spacious, met the needs our family, and the view from the balconies can not be beat - amazing! Was nice to have a daily breakfast, only wish it was available until 10 on weekends.

Customer service was awful from valet to check in. Our room smelled and bathroom was dirty. It was certainly an experience we would never want to endure again. My family and I are very disappointed!

Most of the staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The pool area was well kept and not too deep which we liked, since we were there with our small children. The valet parking attendants were excellent! didn't have to wait long for our vehicle.
However, I felt like the valet fee is a bit steep, $34 a day plus taxes. I was not aware of the cost of the valet parking until I got there, which is my fault. But I still think is a bit pricey.
When it came to lunch or dinner, I felt like there were not many options in the menu to pick from and the prices were a bit high plus the fact they charge a service & tax fee.
Overall, our stay was ok.

If you're looking for an easy beach escape, this is the place. The staff was outstanding. The beach was beautiful. The area has great restaurants (not many in a walkable area unfortunately).

I love my experience in this hotel, I came to take few days of vacation with my husband also have more days of honeymoon, and he keeps repeating what a great hotel I chose and how perfect is the spot of the hotel. The views, the pool, the vibe are amazing and the staff are very nice as well.
The only thing that I can say that could be better is the breakfast, besides that we love everything.

The area where you used the stairs was filthy.
They lock up the gates at night until 7 am in the pool area and to the beach. It is a beachfront hotel and we were told in the morning to go use the public access. Never have I stayed at a beach hotel and able to watch the sunrise. Makes zero sense. The washer and dryer didn’t work in my room. Took too long to repair. Hand sanitizers are needed at breakfast buffet. Valet staff were awesome. Added destination fee in July. Yet they lock their gates.

Fabulous hotel with great rooms. Breakfast in the morning is a nice plus. Food at restaurant and cocktails is delicious. Staff all around are top notch. Pool was delightful and beach is amazing. Love this place.

This was our second year at this hotel. Had a very small issue with housekeeping that was resolved almost immediately. Definitely recommend. We will be returning next year!

Nice oceanfront property with clean, big rooms and right on the ocean front with beautiful beach .
Reception stuff was very nice ,kind and helpful, however stuff in breakfast area not so much and they were kinda rude always in the way and if you asked for something ,like when they ran out of plates especially.
Hotel charges 10 dollars for bott of water and parking is also expensive.

Very spacious room which came with in-room kitchen, and overall cleanliness. Very friendly and accommodating staff, including front desk and housekeeping.
The hotel offers direct access to the beach and includes free breakfast. Most rooms have views of the ocean.

My family at this hotel had a great time. It was clean and quiet and safe which are priorities for me when traveling with them. Breakfast was included which was a plus. Dinner was not but the restaurants in the area were just an Uber away. Overall enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel is nicely located right on the beach. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. There are extra charges that guests have to take into consideration: $34/day for mandatory valet parking, daily charge of $70/day to use a small cabana, $15/day for each sun bed. No complementary water bottles in the rooms. Each bottle costs $8.

The room on the third floor have a vent that is very loud. I was overcharged and had the charges taken off. If I hadn’t of looked, they would’ve charged me for three meals I didn’t order.

I like that there was a kitchen, housekeeping clean everyday. I do not like that a/c was noisy, upstairs guests was noisy and to have some ice we had to asked front desk for a bag and we had to do this every time we want ice. They is no ice vending machine at the property. Breakfast was the same every day and it gets boring. There are not a lot of restaurant around this property, just one good one.
