Check inn was GREAT! Super friendly & helpful lady! Mid stay, different lady was unfriendly; no sound on tv. I called front desk & she replied, "what room?" I gave her my room number & she said, "your room is just perfect. I cannot help you." I fiddled with it a bit & manged to get the sound to work. Called back down & told her as she'd taken the room number & I didnt want to bother anyone incase there had just a language barrier. She was friendly then & told me she was glad its working because she was there alone & couldn't come to try to fix it. Wish she'd just said that instead of "your room is just perfect. Large hotel with lots of potential. Sign said UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. This hotel was just OK. Needs something to make it more welcoming. Would probably stay again if pricing is good.

Terrible experience overall. We got to our room that was suppose to have two queen-size beds and they ended up being two full-size beds which wasn’t a big deal but the hair, pee and other unknown stains on the covers, sheets, mattresses and box springs was more than we could handle.

First room, the television did not work. Had to wait over an hour for someone to come up and assist, only to tell me that it doesn’t work and they will switch my room. Go directly across the hall, television works, but an hour in the AC shut off. I was unable to get it back on and slept in a very hot room. Woke up with about 6 itchy red bumps on my body. Assuming spider bites. No closet door. Charged at extra $50 for a 20 pound dog. Will never stay here again,

Room was average at best. Musty but I blame the weather. Just a worn out place.

When checking in I was told to have a seat and wait when there were 3 employees at the front desk. Then once I got to the room it smelled, the chair leg was broken off, the bedding and pillows were dirty with stains and the white towels were yellow. I asked for the bedding to be changed and it never was so I requested a room change. That went smoothly but the next room still have dingy yellow towels and the shower curtain was yellow at the bottom as well. The hotel would not be bad if they did some upgrades and bought new towels. I ended up going to buy my own.

Vent in bathroom did not work, light bulbs missing, water was shut off for 4 hours, moldy stopper for the tub, room door was offhad to leave the window lined

The carpet was sticky and very dirty. Of cause this is a very cheap hotel but cleanliness should be first with no exception.

Clean bathroom. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Good location off highway. Carpets very worn and dirty in lobby/ stairwell. Didn’t realize there was no elevator to second floor rooms which we had. A no-thrill adequate hotel for a quick sleep over.

My husband, 10 year old granddaughter & I stayed one night here. We checked in the hotel with a friendly staffer named Pal. She was polite, and very helpful. We told her that we weren’t going to the room until after we ate dinner nearby. She gave us our room keys. After dinner, we returned & started to head to our room. Pal was helping a guest at the desk when she noticed us and asked if we could have a seat for just a moment in the lobby. One minute later she called us up and kindly explained that the keys she gave us went to a room with a flickering light and she would like to change our room, which happened to be a newly remodeled room. We were pleased Pal intervened before we even saw the room & our new room was very nice. She also offered us freshly baked complimentary cookies & was informative about breakfast times and location as well as the pool hours. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool and we all slept soundly on the comfy queen-sized beds. The next morning we were treated to the best complimentary hot breakfast yet! Delicious biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage links. There were six choices of cereal as well as a few kinds of instant oatmeal and fresh fruit. There was a waffle maker (batter), a microwave & a toaster available, as well as English muffins and bagels. The fridge had yogurt and milk. Coffee, apple & orange juice for drinks. So many choices! Pal greeted us at breakfast, gave my granddaughter a water bottle, & made our stay extra special.

This was a last minute booking due to travel ito our final destination. The property is old which is fine but the longer we were in our room the more I could see areas missed while cleaning. The pillows are horrible. Super flat.

The staff was very nice, but the cleanliness of the entire building was very questionable As someone who was a residential and commercial cleaner in the past, this was very hard not to be disgusted.For the price that I paid it was not worth it. I booked my friends and I a suite for the weekend, walking to our room already seen like something nasty smooshed into the carpet going up the stairs, whatever, but as soon as we start unpacking everything we found very suspicious looking stains on the bed skirt and towels. So we asked to switch rooms which they were very understanding about. But had to suffice loosing a whole bed and had to use the worst roll away bed that was so incredibly old that you couldn’t even find anyway possible to even sit on it without feeling every bar of metal that the bed was made of . Also barely being able to close our room door, to the point where we had to shoulder check the door to be able to get it to latch. I do hope they can clean up a little and it would be a great hotel

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful However the room was dirty, hair everywhere linen seemed like they were changed. Toilet clogged. Debris in the corner of room was never cleaned up

The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They provide a good breakfast each morning.

Open rooms and arreas with clutter. Halways amd rooms seem very worn and used with wear and tear. Desperately in need of a remodel

The stay was good but could be better with a few small adjustments.

Outside of building and lobby looked nice, but the inside was very dated. Every thing was done cheaply. they reused the card sleeve for keys. Scum was floating in the pool. Linens were piled up outside our door. One chair had dog hair on it. The desk chair had all the vinyl peeling off. The bathroom was not lit well. Tiny television. Will never stay there again.

Excellent property, especially for the price. Staff was so nice and helpful. They were clearly renovating and making improvements, I was thoroughly impressed

Enjoyed our stay, had a lot of upgrades and pool was quiet and clean. Had a good breakfast and dining was very close by. Staff was friendly and helpful as our TV wasn't working and she gladly came and fixed it.

We stayed at the hotel as a family. A warm welcome, but that's the only positive point. There were 2 bees in our room when we arrived, black hair in the sheets, pee still on the toilet cover, the floors were sticky and very dirty. It wasn't soundproof at all, so we could hear the neighbor all night long. In the morning, we discovered that there was mold around the window... I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

It was a quick trip but we very much enjoyed our stay here. Booking again soon!

The property is under new management. You can tell they are working on improvements. We had ants in our room, leaking sink and toilet. Room had a weird odor and damp. Bedding & bathroom were both clean.
