Canceled reservation 2 months prior to going, still got charged for the room????? I called multiple times talked to manager Travis which obviously had no idea what he was doing and hung up on me! Trying to get in touch with the GM Dana but jyst like Travis has NO customer skills!!!

Hotel was okay. Bed was broken down and uncomfortable, hotel in general was a little outdated. For the price I would consider it to be alright. Wouldn’t stay again unless traveling and needed to lay up for the night.

There was smell in the whole hotel. Musty.

The staff was good, but the rooms are musky smell, damp, bed mattress are not good, rooms are noisy, hotel smelled of smoke. Recommend to not add this to your stay unless you have no choice.

I did early check in but it didn’t matter I still stood there while the lady checked me in and it took quite a long time. Also they had breakfast but it was only water, oj and fruit cups.

Unfortunately, for a no smoking facility, the entire place smelled of stale smoke. The microwave was filthy in our room. The free breakfast consisted of granola bars, and fruit cocktail cups.

Clean room, fresh linens. Though the property is dated (bathroom fixtures from 80’s), it’s very clean. The hotel allows pets and there was a very energetic husky upstairs. It’s an older building with thin walls/floors so there was a lot of noise from our husky friend, but otherwise my stay was nice. Ice machine, refrigerator in room, microwave in room and lobby. Average water pressure. Cable-no options to stream on TV. Free wifi. Beds and pillows were ok. My door didn’t close automatically so make sure you check that when you leave. Great place to lay my head and take a shower for a night. I was pleasantly surprised. A burger/ice cream stand and farmer’s market is across the street. Fairly close to other restaurants and shopping. Nice staff. Will definitely stay again.

I had the room near the reception desk in the middle of the night I woke up because of the noise and loud talk . That was the receptionist , right in front of the my room . Unbelievable . Disrespectful. The guests above my room jumped like they r outside playing . Never again in this motel

The suite was a very comfortable space. Bed was comfortable. We traveled with our dog and there was plenty of area to walk her in.

Charged a $100 fee on top of the room stay. Didnt find out until check out. Toilet leaked all over the floor. Beds were still spring style and had to be 20 years old. Tv was maybe 32" and power kept cutting out. "Breakfast" was a joke.

Front desk was nice. Lots of characters staying there thru DSS or else it would be better. They throw huge bags of trash in the hallway and the halls smell like dirty feet or a hookless shelter. The room was big and clean. I was shocked at this. Very cold though and I had to sleep with my jacket on as the heat doesn’t work very well and needs to be upgraded. Also breakfast is dismal: few applesauce, apple juice and some terrible coffee and small bottle of water splayed out by the front desk. I wouldn’t advertise it as breakfast. I’m sure the people who stay would take it so they put very little out. Def a live in hotel or else it would be nicer.

It’s indicated to be a smoke free and non-smoking building and rooms, but the moment you step in, you can smell the stench. The rooms are poorly insulated, you can hear what happens in the corridor and my room was next to the lobby, so I could hear everything. Not ideal when people need to sleep in a clean environment.

Room cleaned every day. Immaculate. I needed an inexpensive place to stay as my trip came up as an emergency. Super 8 fit the bill. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet, restful. All I wanted was a place to sleep, shower, and change clothes. Also the in room refrigerator worked excellent. Froze what should be frozen. Kept cold what should be kept cold. And that's not always the case with these little refrigerators.

The room stunk, the window wouldn't close, the toilet is too low to the ground, the tv didn't work well and we paid for accessibility for a disabled and were stuck On second floor having to climb stairs and they said that's what we get for booking through a third party

The positives were that it was quiet (my stay was on a Saturday night), the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room temp was good. Check in and out and parking were all convenient. The only real negative was the 'breakfast' which was just coffee, juice, and granola bars. That was it. Yet, it advertises free breakfast included. So, beware.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. Smelled of cigarettes, the heat was broken, black mold all over the bathroom, blanket had cigarette burns all over it.

We were moved to another room because our 'no smoking' room had a lingering smoke odor. Staff was friendly and polite.

Staff was great. Location and facility was average and a bit noisy.

Transit people living there, had a large pit bull which they let out of the room, it came running down the hallway and before I could scoop up my little shitzu it was attacking her. Ripped her collar and leash right off and left teeth marks on her ears. Filed a complaint with village thru lol cal dog warden. Employee at front desk was not helpful at all. And not well trained as to how to handle an emergency.

Norwich is a nice quiet old town. The Super 8 was nothing exquisite, but was comfortable.

My room was clean the staff was nice and the place was quite.
