It was a good pet friendly hotel. The only problem was that the cold water was warm.

We arrived late at nite and the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and professional. Great hotel.

The lobby gives you the feeling you are walking into a 5 star resort however the room is not nearly as nice as the lobby. From stained nasty looking carpet to terribly maintained rooms. With the exception of the carpet the room was pretty clean though. My biggest complaint is the bed. I felt like i was sleeping on a boxspring not a mattress. It was the worst bed ive ever slept on and would have moved to the floor if it wasn't so nasty. My back and hips hurt so bad in the morning! Needless to say that will be my last time staying here.

This is our only place we like to stay when visiting family in Ridgecrest. The property and rooms are always clean. The staff are always friendly. Coffee and great assortment of tea are always available 24 hours. They also have a nice continental breakfast.

The main area is beautiful, the room was big and clean. Breakfast was basic but that's all we needed. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. We didn't have time to explore the area around the hotel. Overall a great experience.

Price is good for what you get. I've stayed here twice, and both times I've gotten large, comfortable rooms. There's plenty of parking. It is quiet since it is a few blocks off of the main roadways.
Some aspects of the room feel a bit worn out, though everything was functional. The nearby food options (as in right next door) are limited, though a short drive gets you to main roads with more options.

It was quiet, felt safe, lots of breakfast goodies. Coffee, tea, milk, yogurt, and juice available 24-7. Good room temperature control. Reasonable price. Bed was just okay. The rooms are a little outdated but fine otherwise.

Front desk staff are great!
Parking is fine and they have cameras on the parking lot.
Walls and floors/ceilings are thin. I could hear somebody whistling down the hallway in the early am… why he chose to share that talent at that time with the 1st floor is beyond me.
I think I herd of water Buffalo were staying above me and stampeding half the night.
Beds are ok for comfort, pillows are like blocks.
My thoughts are get new pillows, allow the fan on the heat/AC to run continuously to block out the noise and replace the dirty worn and stained carpeting in the room with something more durable or at least find a maid who actually cleans behind things and in corners.

We liked the pool and spa. That was great after several hours driving.
Didn't like that our toilet ran constantly and kept flushing.

Great stay at Heritage Inn. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk was very nice and professional. Room was clean and spacious. I plan to stay here anytime I am in Ridgecrest.

We enjoyed the fitness room, pool, and hot tub. When we checked in, it was nice that they provided water and free snacks as well as a simple breakfast. It was convenient for us because we were breaking our journey between Lee Vining and San Diego up.

The breakfast is simple, help yourself, but effective. While a bit old and not so elegant (particularly in the bathroom), the place was clean from top to bottom. Comfortable bed. Easy Wi-fi access. Clean and enjoyably spacious pool area. Great customer service including early check-in with no hassle as well as an added night with zero issues in the same room as well.

Very dated rooms. Old phone with incorrect information on it. Cheap Smoke detector that goes off with the littlest of steam from the bathroom and the front desk didn’t care. Obvious water leaks in the room with bubbling paint on the ceiling.

After few days traveling from Reno to a night in San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, Sequoia Park, Yosemite and drive through the Mojave Dessert through the Sierra Nevada to head to the Death Vally National Park we found this little Gem the Heritage Inn in Ridgecrest CA…..
The front desk young man was so nice and attentive, place was clean, and price was right!
I would stay here again…I would definitely recommend.

Layout was good. Pool was nice. Carpets need replacing alone with the bath tubs. Need a nice dinning area. Breakfast needs improvement. Overall it was good and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room that we stayed in was large and well kept. The price per night was reasonable.
