the hotel is old and the carpet in the room was dirty and smelled however the fitness center was decent.

Very clean room and mostly very up to date overall. Great breakfast and coffee. Would definitely stay again. Mattress was too hard - my one and only issue. Otherwise very very nice.

Greeted promptly. Check in only took a few minutes. Associate was nice in offering to come out to show where we could park the truck with trailer. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Clean hotel. Continental breakfast was suffucient to fill you up before hitting the road.

The beds and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was good, and the workout room was clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The building is older and needs some updating. This is why I gave it four stars instead of five.

We found black mold in our room in the window sill and by the AC unit. When we told the property they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and just canceled our next night but we still had to pay for the first night. Don’t waste your money.

The facility was well-maintained and staff members were all very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Only complaint was location of room overlooking the main street meant a somewhat noisy night. Provision of ear plugs would be a nice amenity!

Staff were friendly and very helpful after I booked wrong date. Got me rebooked and into a room. Hotel was nice and room was clean and comfortable. Could use some darker curtains. Lots of light at night and direct sun in the morning.

The hotel itself is very nice and staff also. But, where it’s located is near main highway and a Main Street that people think is a drag strip. Our room faced the Main Street.

It is clean and quiet. Friendly staff. We seemed to have some confusion in the pool being open or closed, tho. I called thia morning and was told it was, indeed closed, like Travelocity said. And my husband said on his way up tonight he heard a staff member indicating it was open.

Comfortable hotel with good staff. The only downside was when I came down for breakfast, there was no regular coffee, it was out. Only decaf. I asked the attendant to bring more and she did, but it took about 15 minutes. I think she was busy with other stuff but coffee should always be available and there should be some one to keep on eye on the pots to make sure they will be filled before they run out.

Pool was out of operation and the pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.

Our rooms were nice and clean. Its nice having a fridge and microwave in the room. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good and they kept items stocked and the area clean. The only thing we were disappointed in was that the pool was closed. The hotel is in a great location close to a lot of restaurants. We would stay there again!

We were driving from Minneapolis to Dallas and stayed at the Joplin, MO Fairfield Inn. We were greeted by friendly counter staff, even though it was on Christmas Day evening. The location was easy to find. The facility was clean and appeared to be new.
The breakfast was superb. Unfortunately, many hotel breakfasts are lacking since COVID. But this one had scrambled eggs, sausage, fresh waffles and more.
We will stay again.

Joplin seems to be a good stopping point, so I assume that’s why the prices seemed higher than other places. The fridge was unplugged when we arrived. We had a lot of allergy foods that we needed to store, so we weren’t exactly pleased. In the past, in other locations, the room size has been bigger for the same. Cleanliness was just mediocre in the room we were in. Overall too pricey for the service rendered.

Everything was great, except for the outside noise, which I realize probably can’t be prevented. We were right on the street and heard every car that drove by all night long, as if they were in the room with us.
