The sheets and pillow cases clearly weren’t changed and were dirty. There was hair all over them.

i had a terrible experience at the hotel air-condition in my room wasn't working properly. Our room temperature was 25c constant overnight couldn't sleep at all reported to reception asked of they could swap our room no chance. weather was really hot outside i was expecting a decent stay had booked for 2 nights. I was expecting a very good service unfortunately was disappointed.

Check in was LONG. one person working and she was only interested in going to a meeting. After check in my husband went to inquire about something and the person working was busy goofing off with another person.

The entrance area and bar/restaurant are lovely very high standard, the bedroom was a let down, cracked floor tiles in bathroom, shower cubicle leaked, stains on carpets and the carpet is all ripped very dated compared to the entrance area and I had to leave a £50 deposit and show ID on arrival which I wasn’t informed about

Ot was fine. Bed was awful and air would not adjust. Staff was excellent.

The property was near the airport but didn’t hear the planes. Near to Windsor.

At checkin there was only one flustered agent. There was about 15 parties checking in at the same time. The room was on the first floor so a bit noisy, but I didn't really care about that since it was only for one night. The carpeting was dirty and there was an odd smell in the room. The window didn't open so I couldn't get the smell out. About an hour after arriving, the smoke alarm was blaring. Most guests went down to the lobby waiting for directions. The employees did not explain what was happening. Guests informed each other that there was an incident in the kitchen and that things were safe. A big plus with this hotel is the airport shuttle (6 pounds) and there being a decent restaurant in it since there is not much in the area.

Nice place, clean rooms. Airport bus shuttle £7 handy. convenient location 15 min to heathrow. Confirm sofa bed as it was more for a child only. They did move us to a room with two twin beds. Nice staff & good breakfast buffet. Good fish & chips in restaurant .

Check in was amazing cleanings was poor, at first looks clean but there was multiple stains on the bed sheets grime around the toilet and sink and dust on windows

1.water pressure was quite low, unable to shower 2.please consider check in by 11AM 3.bathing tub was too high and there are no grab bars, which was tough for me as I suffer from vertigo Thank you

Beautiful place to stay. Staff were very friendly snd helpful.

Air conditioning did not work at all...thermostat was set to 18 deg C and room temp continued to climb 25.0 -- 25.5 -- 26.0 deg C. Even throughout the night.

The mattresses were noisy and the website said breakfast would be available starting at 5:30 but the hotel said it wouldn't start until 6:30.
