Hotel is small but was clean. Nice neighborhood. The inly problem i had was the receptionist that was working there on a Saturday afternoon. He was rude to me when i arrive and he almost yelled at me when i did not understand him. I was feeling bad all day that day ,he made me feel horrible. Not good costumer service. The other receptionist jhon i think is his name, was really nice in the evening.

Good hotel in a nice area.

I stayed in one of the superior rooms which was over two floor, with the bathroom being down a spiral stair. The room looked out onto a small shared courtyard type area. The bathroom was huge and possible the best shower I have ever used in a hotel! The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, I had an issue with my hire car breaking down in a car park down the road from the hotel. The staff called me a taxi, dealt with the hire company, the hotel manager even moved the car to charge it for me and paid to park it, all whilst I was stuck at a meeting!! I did not eat in the restaurant apart from breakfast which was basic but very nice and enough to start your day. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its location, spotless clean and outstanding staff. I will be returning.

We had to make a last-minute reservation because of airline delays. We were very lucky to find this hotel, near Chateau Vicennes, with a staff that was most accommodating for our late reservation and 2AM arrival. The room was fairly spacious with a big, comfy bed, and was very clean and quiet (even at street level). The only problem was that the shower door wasn’t water-tight, so we had a bit of a flood to clean up after the first shower. LoL All-in-all, it was very nice, and I would certainly stay here again!

Our only disappointment was the location of our room (room 2) as it is by the entrance to the courtyard and appears to be the gathering point for smokers so we had the smell of smoke in our room and the conversation of the smokers just outside our door at all hours. Also the plumbing was noisy so we were regularly woken up by 'singing pipes' when the people in the room above us used the bathroom in the night.We will use this hotel again because it is a good hotel, however we will not stay in room number 2 again.

Staff are good and friendly. The room i stayed in is old with 3 separate single beds but the bathroom completely renovated. Ugly red carpet on the floor is too old and fluffy stuff on the walls needs to be renovated into modern looks. The internet and tv service are horrible.

Good hotel with super comfortable bed. But you can kind of hear the other rooms. Great area with lots of restaurants, chocolate boutiques, eco fruit shops etc, and a big forrest/park to run in. Metro and tram take you to the city in 20-30 minutes, at week nights you need to take a night bus, but it stops nearby too. Taxi to CDG was €50. The best meal I had was Olympe Sports Café, go there!

Check-in was simple. The front-desk is staffed 24-7 and they speak English so there was no language barrier. A few days before I asked via email to change the room from a single bed to two twin beds and that was done, no problem. While this is slightly outside Paris, transportation is easy and there are many late night restaurants. It's also across from the Chateau Vincennes, which I highly recommend as a place to visit.

great location ,parking was a a pain, nice big room ,lots of cafes around and close to metro line 1 and park

No services, no bar, no room service, just a bed and shower room in a tiny hotel. Did even have a welcome pack in the room explaining the hotel processes.

Good hotel in a nice area about 20 minutes from the centre of Paris. Easy transport links with both the Metro & RER stations nearby.

This is a delightful hotel located in Vincennes, a charming suburb of Paris. Near good restaurants and transportation. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, room was compact but comfortable, very good value.

The location was great, it had many nice shops and restaurants as well as the metro. If you are looking to be in the center of Paris, this is not the place for you. Overall we had an amazing time, the staff Oj was beyond amazing. The hotel is lucky to have such a great worker like him. He makes you feel bery welcoming and is very helpful.

I've never been to a hotel where all the staff were excellent at customer service. All of the staff were amazing. I definitely will go back!

The accommodation is simple but spotless and the staff are friendly and helpful. Its a good deal better accommodation than appears to be available generally more centrally, but its an easy 10-15 minute journey into the centre of Paris on Metro Line 1. Decent facilities - metro, shopping, restaurants - in the area so this makes an excellent value base. Beds and pillows could be more comfortable on my experience, though.
