Really easy to check in. The amenities available in your room are limited and you have to go downstairs to get a hot drink. It’s in a good location for a supermarket and places to eat out.

Overall was great especially the location is perfect, 3 minutes walk from subway, tram station BUT didn’t provide enough amenities and the door lock is broken

The pictures of the rooms are flattering and must be some years old. The rooms seem ready for a makeover. They are dark, and there is no AC. There was a special smell about the place maybe it was moist, hard to say.
Neighborhood is acceptable but could be better. Parking was good. Good cleanliness, and plenty of soap, shampoo and towels. Friendly staff.

Clean hotel with a kitchen in the room. It was a very uncomfortable stay due to no air conditioning and no cleaning of the room. Rooms are only cleaned weekly. The staff was helpful and friendly and enjoyed the coffee and water in the lobby

Very friendly staff who were on hand to help with anything. The Belgian waffle maker at breakfast was an added touch of fun :)
The room was clean with comfortable beds. The location is brilliant in that it's a 3 mins walk from a metro station which takes you anywhere you'd like to go. There's trams and buses too. You can also walk to Midi station in about 25 mins, but with 2 young children in tow we gave that option a miss.

Loved the hotel, great location. The free coffee in the lobby was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well stocked though no kettle in our room as per listing but this wasnt a huge inconvenience for us. The room was hot did not have air conditioning however, we opened windows and this was fine. Would recommend this hotel.

Good place to stay in Brussels about 20 mins walk from Midi station and also on metro. Property was clean and well equipped with friendly staff. The only significant issue was the noise from cars outside.

Nice location as it’s walking distance to the tourist spots. Metro station is a couple of steps away, we took the metro to go to l’Atomium. Reception is very nice and helpful. Unit is very clean and very spacious. A couple of steps to the grocery store and many restaurants around the area. There ‘s no air conditioning though so it gets too hot in the summer and it’s a little hard to sleep at night when it’s hot.

We had a bar directly under our window which was obviously very noisy. There was also a loud argument outside said bar at 4am one morning.
The lock on our door didn’t work, which lead us to put a chair against the front door every night.
Other than this, it was really nice, there was a full kitchen in the room with all the utensils (knives, spatulas and such), a good fridge, dish washer and hob.
The bed was nice and if we wasn’t over a bar, the back door and Juliet balcony would’ve been nice.
When the first enter the hotel, there’s a station for free filtered water to refill your bottle and free coffee!
It’s 2 minutes from Louise/Louiza station which was handy but wasn’t needed as it’s walking distance to the main square.

The location was good and very close to public transport. The property condition is poor for the price you pay. The bathroom had mold and the furniture was dirty and worn. There were chairs in the room i would refuse to sit on.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

You have to sign up as a reward member to get early check in, which was really easy and we got into the room at 8 am. Free coffee and water bottle filler in the lobby. One bedroom suite pull out couch is two twins. Kitchen has everything you need. Huge soaking tub, great water temp and pressure

Great central location to the Louise tram and Metro Stop, making it convenient to travel throughout the City. A few sketchy areas immediately nearby to avoid at night (during the day there were plenty of people around and it was fine). Nice being here in June when sun sets around 10.
Apartment was as expected, but bed was little lumpy and just needed getting used to.
Staff was very helpful with directions to nearby essentials. Grocery store is just around the corner on the same block. Would stay there again.

Travelled with kids & a good place to stay with spacious rooms and kitchenette. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants & transit. Overall good and will come back.

The hotel looks good, nice design at reception area. Receptionists were OK but could be better in communication and advising quests, not very friendly.
The sofa bed was not comfortable to sleep on, we had a terrible sleep.
Cleaning was good except in the kitchen were the dishwasher was smelly and dirty.
Hotel is placed in a very good area, close to Metro station, 20 minutes away from city centre on walking distance.

There was a lot of street noise, so if that is bothersome to you then this place might not work. It was perfectly located for transportation and sights! The beds were clean and comfy, but we could have done without the black mold on the shower ceiling. The person who checked us in was a bit surly as well, but everyone else at the hotel was lovely!

The lobby & breakfast area were beautiful and the hotel was close to transit. We liked the room and the kitchenette, and the choice machine in the lobby made nice coffees. Close to a little grocery store & restaurants too.
We weren't given any information about breakfast so had to ask later. It was quite noisy, and a fire alarm went off in the evening. We went down to the lobby where many had gathered but there was no information announced. After a few minutes we overheard that it was a false alarm (someone was cooking & burnt their food) so we had to ask a staff for clarification.

While this place is well located and has good restaurants nearby it wasn’t a nice place to stay. The drain in the bath was blocked so water from the shower collected in the tub. We brought this to the attention of staff each day of our 3 night stay. We were told that they would send someone but never did. This resulted in us needing to step into the dirty water in the bath to have a shower. Not acceptable. The lobby was under construction but there was no mention of this. It also meant the lift didn’t go to the entrance. Also, the heating was always on which made the room very uncomfortable. We had to sleep with the window completely open. We booked a double room but the bed was just two singles pushed together. You might expect this level of unbothered from a discount budget hotel, but this stay wasn’t cheap. Overall, very disappointing stay made worse by a complete lack of communication from staff and no solutions offered.

The place is being remodeled, therefore the lifts were not working properly and we had to use the stairs, but the room was perfect.

Great place to stay, handy to the metro and shops. Rooms were an excellent size. There were 4 adults staying and we didn't feel cramped. The entrance was being renovated so the lifts didn't always do what we wanted, but that didn't really hinder us and should be completed in a timely manner. Good sized kitchen. Would stay again.

Place was smelly, Pictures doesn't at all match the place, beds weren't comfortable, the sofa bed was in a very bad shape.

Excellent location for uptown restaurants and close to metro hub for getting anywhere quickly. Surprised to have no room housekeeping for all our five day stay, would have been nice not to have to ask for toilet rolls! But though basic the room had everything we needed and despite some building works all worked well. Staff was helpful. Altogether good stay.

It would have improved the impression if the mini-kitchen had coffee and filter and a few tea bags so we could use the kitchen on arrival.

The hotel is situated in a very nice and safe area near trains , buses and restaurants.I was with my 3 years old son so it was very helpful to have a kitchen. The Bad is not confortable at all, I couldn’t sleep because of that.
I noticed some dust and dirt that could have been better taken care of. I believe the hotel should make more of an effort in this regard to enhance the overall experience for guests.
I was disappointed to find that there was no soap provided in the bathroom during my stay. It's a basic necessity that should be readily available for guests, and I hope the hotel can ensure this in the future.
Despit these issues, I must say my stay was quiet enjoyable
