V small balcony Smallish room No fridge Paying for a safe

Nice hotel it is very small compared to the pictures I asked for a nice view but I did not get one instead I go the back of the hotel, I asked for a mini fridge they do not provide. The aircon did not work and the wifi did not work for the whole duration of our stay. The lift is extremely small and can only fit 2 people it is very slow and they only have 2 in the whole 7th floor building so queue for the lift was long.Receptionist were ok.They charged for a safe and the balcony was not safe at all realy scary the barrier was of soft wood could break easily so be careful on the balcony.Location good very loud and noisy area really good for the young people and not for the elderly.I probably would not return to this hotel but great value for money.

The staff is courteous and accomodating. The facilities are good and very clean. Re. location, it is easy to walk everywhere but the many discos in the vicinity mean sleeping is a tough proposition. Very noisy at night. Some of the other guests stayed out on their balconies till late and also made for a tough time falling asleep. Not the hotel's fault but it did affect our rating of our overall experience.

Spent 10 days at the hotel and hardly slept if it wasn't drunks banging doors and shouting it was the club's across the round with load music until 5.30 am. The hotel is on the busiest streets in laret de mar. Staff are ok although they made a mistake at check in and ended up paying twice but got my money back the next morning and paid for a late check out only to be locked out of room and told I haddent luckily the €25 was found. We also had to get security to go into the room next door because they were making such a noise

The hotel was in a good location and good for a 2 night getaway however, very noisy and minimal. You have to pay to have the air conditioner and TV remote (€10 deposit you get back on return of the remote). Rooms are a bit small

The service was very bad. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening from Canada and we were not allowed into our room until we paid extra for things that were already supposed to be included in the cost. There was no free internet service as we were informed when booking the hotel. The internet, air conditioner and television we were expected to pay upon arrival. The staff was not friendly or polite and extremely unhelpful. The location of the hotel is on the main street in Loret de mar and it was very difficult to sleep due to all the noise.

Shame on Expedia for being involved at any level with a hotel such as this. I could write 20 pages of how terrible this experience was. I am a frequent traveler and have experienced good and bad, but never anything this bad. Arrogant staff, terrible rooms, terrible food, multiple hidden costs, everything costs extra. The list is endless. Save yourselves serious grief. If you need to go to Lloret de mar, book another hotel.

We booked this hotel through expedia for 2 adults and 1 child. Upon arrival, surprise surprise, room is booked only for two adults. We were forced to pay for the child as an adult, because a kid of 12 years old is an ADULT in Spain. The price was calculated very easily, just half of what we already paid, which is a rip off. It was not only us who had that problem with wrong booking. Our friends had exact same issue, the only difference was that they initially booked a room for three adults therefore the price was way higher. But upon arrival the same surprise, the room is booked only for two adults. So, they had to pay half of their price for the third adult, which was much higher than ours. It took us three days of tough arguments with all the receptionists and the manager to get at least some money back, but still not all. The food was awful. For breakfast you will not get even yogurts. Only eggs, some pastries and cheapest cereals. Dinner and lunch not much better. There was almost nothing to eat for kids. No juices. Only powder diluted drinks. And of course no free water at all. Rooms were not cleaned properly. Sometimes we could have only two beds out of three done. The walls around bathtub are in mildew. If you leave used shampoo bag on the tub it will not be cleaned. Keep in mind these shampoo, shower gel bags are NOT refilled every day. You will get them only once(!) when you arrive. The staff is very rude and careless. Wi-Fi for an additional price.

The noisiest hotel I have every stayed in noise in the streets outside until 6am then the cleaners turned up

However, we were shocked upon arrival when we were asked to pay a €100 bond (which was not returned to us until we checked out) plus a €7 tourist tax. Although the weather was warm for the time of year during the evening it became chilly within the apartment unfortunately the heater/ air conditioning was not working. Overall, I would say it was good!

We had the hotel staff storm into our room at 2am! While my children were asleep!! I was horrified! He said that he thought that we were having a party?!??? I was disgusted, to say the least! We wanted somewhere cheap! And we got it, not good for a family as the noise was out of this world! But I expected that staying somewhere in town, But the room Was clean and tidy, thank god we were only here for 3 nights. This place would be ideal For students who want to party and who are on a budget! So enjoy?!? :)

No kids club, virtually no evening entertainment (unless you like an OAP jigging behind his laptop to mp3 files) & the pools weren't cleaned the 9 nights we were there, gives you an idea about what you're getting. If you're a young german into raving all hours without any worries about hygiene then it's right up your street.

This hotel is in the very heart of the centre of the town. There are many bars and clubs just outside the hotel. Very close to the beach (about 5min walk). I have stayed with my 2 daughters (9 and 17) for 10 days. They try to alocate (depends from availability) all young and "noisy" people on the bottom floors and give a bit more quiet rooms on the top for families. Despite quite loud and very alive neighborhood it was quiet in the room after closing the door to the terrace. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning very cleaned and well maintained. Interior is a bit outdated - I would say late '70 but in good conditions. Reception staff is very friendly and very helpful. They are making an effort and seem care about guests. I can surely recommend this hotel for short and long stay. It brings good memories. Chris

The hotel wasn't bad for the price we paid but it is on the main street for clubs and pubs. Lot of noise even if we were at the 4th floor, there were guys playing football in the hotel and making noise for all the night. Honestly the staff tried to cope with the problem at the beginning but then they just gave up and we didn't sleep well at all. I suppose is a good place for a young/crazy kids or crew but not for someone who want's simply enjoy a week-end to the beach, in fact if you are looking for a simple relaxing week-end better avoiding Lloret de mar at all !

If I could recommend this hotel for anyone, it would probably great if you are a single young person. The hotel is right on the high street next to all the bars, discos, restaurants and bus station. Hotels is extremely convenient for beach as well, I would say its a 5 minute walk from your hotel room, however the hotel staff is very unfriendly, talks to you like you mean absolutely nothing to them. The only friendly and helpful person I found was receptionist Alfonso who was very nice and helpful, however the rest of staff was extremely unhelpful. Food was OK, with quite a good variety. Over all I would go there again because of the location.
