The suite that we stayed in was a little run down. The eyes didn't fit properly on the stove. There was a chair in the living room that had Doritos crushed underneath the cushion that had not been cleaned.
On the positive side the people at the front desk were very nice. The area was safe. It's within a good distance to a lot of nice things in the city.

We stayed here for the Renaissance Festival and honestly loved it, it was perfect for our two day stay.
Kitchen was lovely and everything was super clean and convenient.
Check in super easy nice and cheap deposit as well which is always a must.

We enjoyed our 2 week stay here in our suite, felt like an apartment. The hot breakfast each morning was a plus, as was the laundry room. The place was in excellent condition, smelled nice, walkable to the mall and grocery store and restaurants. We loved the kitchen to have meals in. The staff were all professional and friendly. There is a small desk area with wall shelving for workers. The bed and linens were extra comfy. Pet friendly with planty of walking areas, but doesn't appear to allow dogs or have a smell. The only negative is the walls are paper thin so can hear talking and noises in next rooms. The door isn't air tight so light comes in all around and allows for noises. That should be a maintenance item should the hotel want to improve. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re ever in the area though.

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff was friendly, the building was clean, and the pool well maintained.
Our room was beautiful, comfortable and the beds were cozy. I would recommend this hotel to all.

Not a lot of parking available. Our room with a kitchen on the first floor had a strange odor. Cooking was difficult because there was no fan and the fire alarm went off too easily.

The staff is very friendly. We had an extended stay here. You have everything that you need. Simple gym small pool and kitchen. Absolutely wonderful staff. Anything that you need…plus if you forgot something target, groceries and mall are a few steps away.

It's been a long time since I actually enjoyed a hotel stay with my family of four AND the dog. Usually the space is too cramped, too noisy, or something is wrong that causes discomfort and everyone suffers. However, staying at the Townplace Suites was WONDERFUL for everyone! It was quite, comfortable, spacious, and the staff was incredibly nice. We will be actively seeking out Townplace Suites every time we travel.

The room was decent and a good size but could not easily find the door to go to check in. There were no signs on the exterior walls. We drove around the entire establishment and even went to the Marriott next door and they gave us directions. At check in I asked for parking advice any was told to park anywhere. I asked if I should drive to the other side and he said it doesn’t matter. Well, there were no doors on the other side and we parked near one of the doors and found when we entered, the elevator was on the far end of the building.

The front desk lady that checked me in was amazing. I walked in there alone, and as a woman that can be intimidating. The front desk clerk kept all of my personal information private, and she didn’t say my room number aloud, which is a rare thing but truly appreciated. Our room was perfect. Clean, organized and spacious. The bed was so comfortable as well! This was our first time staying at TownePlace and we will definitely be back! Our check out process was just as easy. The gentleman that assisted me was very friendly, and efficient in checking us out of our room all while minting a conversation. If I could rate the service here 10 stars, I would!
**the only downside we would even mention is probably the way you can here everything through the walls and the ceiling, other than that it’s not a big deal if you are spending most of your time out of your room.

The only kinda negative thing I have to say is the lobby/front desk door/entry needs better signage as it took us awhile to figure out where we had to check-in!

We always have the best stay at Eden Prairie Towneplace Suites. The staff are excellent, very accommodating, and the Hotel and rooms are always very clean. We had a personal issue during our stay and the Manger (Michael) was very helpful and understanding. The other staff members were also extremely helpful and their customer service is outstanding. I would very much recommend this hotel at this location. A great place to stay. We have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

They seem to have creaky floors so even if you walk softly, the downstairs neighbors would complain. It was so frustrating to get calls from the front desk every day asking us to "keep it down". We have teenage kids so no one was running around but they kept insisting that we were. We couldn't not walk.
Furthermore, there were bugs (beetles) coming out of corners through out our stay. I wouldn't stay there again.

The toilet in our room 306 overflowed every time we flushed. I asked 2x for someone to come and fix it and was told they didn't have anyone that could come to our room. I had to get extra towels both nights we stayed to clean the floor.

Towneplace had no amenities (outdoor pool) but complimentary breakfast was great, staff was pleasant/ helpful, and when I checked out was happy to make issues right!
It was a convenient, economical, comfortable place to sleep while in the twin cities for a weekend.
