Roaches everywhere

Poorly maintained.

There was no doors in the restroom. Other than that, everything's okay I guess.

The worst hotel you will ever stay. Filled with marijuana smoke, my room didn’t have a microwave or table but had two chair. The bathroom was horrible had cigarette burn. Run from this hotel. The room look like an homicide horror scene. I Checked out early

This was the dirtiest, worst hotel I ever stayed in. When I checked in the first night, I received a the worst room imaginable (there was even a clot of blood in the bathtub). When I asked for a refund, I was told that since I prepaid the room was nonrefundable and they offered to switch me to a different room. That room may have been even worse with the exception of this one not being bloody. I immediately turned my keys in and ended up having to pay for a different hotel for the rest of my stay. I am beyond words and disgusted with the cleanliness at this property. Wish I could rate this hotel 0 stars because the 1 is too generous. Never staying at a red roof in again.

Utilities aren’t up to date and it shows. Liked that staff walked through during night.

Very run down and the room smelled terrible.

Externally the apartments look safe because they have a fenced property and nice because the builds look like they are painted and cared for. The room internally was a major disappointment.

The room was roach infested they crawled in the bed on the wall on the table in the tub the sink. I asked for a refund because I couldn't stay there with 5,000 roaches and the lights off I was refused because they had sold out and I booked through Expedia I was forced to stay in one spot of the hotel where the toilet was stopped up. The absolute worst night I ever paid for

The room was totally disgusting...you could tell that they dont clean the rooms. There were roaches crawling around. There were holes in the wall where you can tell there was obviously fights. But the hole by the refrigerator was my biggest concern you could tell rats were able to come thru there. The bathroom tub had rust hole in the side of it and all they did was throw paint on it. The whole room was covered in nice film of dust. The night as a whole still makes me itch.

Needs a facelift

There were roaches everywhere. There was a hole in the wall. The tv was missing.

Not a bad motel. Nothing spectacular but not Bad.

Just so everyone knows, this hotel has been around for decades. Room was clean. Bed was solid firm, if you like that, and check in and out was easy. Room unfortunately smelled of cigarette smoke mixed with pot. I went and bought some air fresheners to mask the smell. Besides that, I knew I was staying at a very inexpensive place so I got what I paid for.

I signed up for two days. Because of the Dallas weather. I was there for three hours and I checked out no refund whatsoever. I will never stay at your place ever again. The Dallas independence school district sent me there.

If I could award zero stars, I would certainly do so. To begin, the presence of roaches pervades the entire premises. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit leaks Freon both inside and outside the room. Thirdly, the manager, Jessica, subjected me to verbal assault that left me feeling scared and uneasy. Instead of acknowledging her mistake, she opted to use profane language toward both my husband and me, even resorting to racial slurs. Eventually, Jessica agreed in front of law enforcement to refund us for the day, as she chose to ask us to leave the premises. However she has now gone back on her word. I plan on filing criminal charges as well.

Don't like the hard drug activity and I have been here over 6weeks but have yet to have my room cleaned or even the floor just mopped. Part or the convenience of renting would be because there are housekeepers but the only cleaning for turn arounds.

Roaches inside and fights outside at 3am. This property also kept my cash deposit. I asked them to check the cameras from when I checked in but they refused and laughed at me saying they don’t collect cash deposits from people.

Do not stay at the roach infested property, save your money. I was bit 3 times on my body, horrible place. This hotel needs to be condemned, I cannot believe they are in business and can legally charge people money to stay here. Oh and forget about trying to hear back from an owner or manager, you will get the run around, no such person exists! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, run!

Upon entry into the room, we noticed a horrid and rancid smell. When we turned the lights on all you could focus on was the nasty, stained, unclean walls, counters, and floors. The comforters on the bed were covered in rips, holes, and cigarette burns. The baseboards were ripped away from the wall. The toilet had no lid on the tank and it was placed under the bathroom counter. There was duct tape all around the bottom of the tub. We were debating whether to stay when we noticed bugs crawling on the wall behind the bed. We decided it was in our best interest to leave the premises. We have made a request to Expedia to have our money refunded.

There are roaches here, some of the items didn’t work like the kitchen light, or hot water. My fridge light was also out as well as the tv remote was missing a battery. Most of all I paid a deposit at check-in and when I went to get it, they tell me they waived the deposits but yet I paid $100 and been waiting for the return of it.

Some lady in the reception canceled my reservation before I got there, and their system wouldn’t allow her colleague rebook me cause it was slightly after midnight.

Woke up to no warm water a couple days

Roach motel, the place is infested. There were also multiple that people tried opening my door when I slept, one even tried to enter my window.

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating. However I killed about 10 to 15 cockroaches during my week long stay.

People sold drugs

The only complaint I had is the TV didn't work. It was stuck on the HG channel. I could not change the channel or the volume. But every other thing was really outstanding.
