Great staff very helpful. The room was nice could use some updating but still clean. I would stay there again if I get a good rate.

I stayed at this property a few times and it was pretty good however the last time was not. The first room had a very strong pungent smell which was intolerable. We were moved to a second room which smelled like somebody just use the bathroom (#2). There was urine on the toilet seat and on the floor.

Was able to check in 3 hours early. Room was small but clean. Close to USF for graduation. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but decent options.

The front desk staff was amazing. The room were clean, the pool was awesome to use. They also give you a free breakfast which include waffles boiled eggs the standard but good. The location is great and convenient to shopping and dining and Parks as well.

Regret not asking for a room away from the elevator. Mechanism very noisy. Also. The air freshener that they use is VERY strong. Would prefer much less.

I stayed at the property for business purposes and unfortunately, I wasn't able to get much work done. I was out of my room all day so that housekeeping could come, but it took until the day before they finally made up the bed and provided fresh towels. Additionally, the breakfast crew was absent during my stay, leaving everyone waiting for breakfast that ultimately didn't happen. They managed with what they had in the kitchen and at the front desk did the best they can, offering cereal, muffins, hard-boiled eggs, and bagels. Despite these issues, the property itself is very nice, and I do plan on returning.

Very clean, good breakfast and near everything.

Bathroom floor had slippery soap coating on entire floor. It seemed as if it was always rush moped it over and over for days instead of actualltly cleaning the floor. Floor would be dry, but As soon as you walk with even a little bit wet feet, you would start slipping. And the slippary surface was not only limited to one area, but entire bathroom floor as well as the sink area. Further, there was strong odor of commercial detergent in entire room that was noticeablly standing out as soon as you enter the room. Comforters didnt feel luxurious bit couldnt judge them because of odor in room and dirty bathroom experience. They did the job bit definitely not a luxurious experience I had guessed based on brand name of the hotel chain. Only good part was free breakfast. Overall this felt not better than a roadside motel.

The experience was super great the room was very clean. one issue I have when I stay in hotels is the room not been clean properly and this hotel, I did not have to worry. The room was amazing very clean the bathroom and towel were also very clean. I do recommend this hotel to family and friends. awesome experience.

I stayed there with my youngest daughter as my older daughter started at USF! The staff was very kind. I will be back in August and intend to stay here again!! Ty so much!

room lacked furniture, only 1 desk chair, plus bed, did not meet previous Marriott standard.

We did a one night stay. Very comfy. Staff was great. No issues. Felt safe.

The hotel personnel (gentleman) who checked me in was amazing, extremely professional and helpful in bringing my delivery all the way up to my door. I couldn't ask for more better than here. Welcoming. I also enjoyed the gym and the continental breakfast, which was served on time right before my seminar started at USF. Thanks again, guys for your hospitality. I will syre stay here next time I visit, and will also strongly recommend to anyone visiting nearby.

This place is a hidden gem! The staff was so friendly and professional! The room was comfortable! The free breakfast was great for a hotel. The pool was adequate, as well as the jacuzzi. It needs to be hotter, though! All the restaurants in walking distance unfortunately close around 10pm, but Uber eats will come right to your door and the hotel sells snacks as well. Location is close enough to may attractions to either drive or Uber to!

Was very disappointed that they locked the pool & hot tub up at dusk. We're in Florida people are coming here for vacation and you cant even sit around the pool after "dusk". Which means in the winter they must lock up by 8.

At this price point was good, clean, felt safe and no problems. Staff kept breakfast stocked and were friendly. Would stay here again.
