Really great place with fantastic service and a nice part of the city. Bed and bathroom were fantastic.
Definitely had a lot going for it.
Minor thing that was a bit annoying were the pillows. They were either too fluffy or too flat so even though the bed was really comfortable sleep was a little bit dampened by the pillow selection.
A minor thing, but when looking at something that’s done so well the little criticisms are what would make it amazing!

Perfect check in experience, with warm and genuine engagement. We were given a midday checkout at no extra charge. The room was bigger than expected as well as an expansive spa bath, easily fit 2 adults

Stylish room with a very comfortable bed (and a pillow menu) and a luxe bathroom (and shower with excellent water pressure.)
The lobby bar is excellent for a drink at the end of the day or breakfast at the start of the day.

The property is beautifully decorated. The food at the restaurant and atmosphere was really nice. Staff attentive and helpful. However just my opinion that streets are very hit and miss around Adelaide cbd.

Had an excellent experience on my solo trip. A nicely decorated and spacious room, with comfy bed and very warm fluffy duvet. My room had a small balcony and an option to sleep with an open window instead of aircon, which was great. The gym, swimming pool and the sauna were also a great bonus.The hotel is located in the city, so easy to walk anywhere

My fiancée and I enjoyed our stay immensely. Room service food was only slightly late, which we had no complaint about but were surprised by a free $50 dessert due to the slight delay. Food and customer service were amazing.
