Bed was uncomfortable, a mattress topper would be good. Rooms could do with a make over/update. The price was reasonable. Walking distance to Woolworths. Easy parking. Back of room was a garden view. Overall ok.

Was given a plastic bowl to wash dirty dishes in. Really??
Bedside tables old and water damaged with holes. Radio not working, ancient and missing buttons. Decor old. Very dusty and noisy outside. Pool area lovely but as one other reviewer said, the photos of the garden are not what I could see from my room. Wouldn't stay again.

Asked for tidy of room was there for 9 nights our bed wasn't changed, only replaced towels, bugs on bathroom floor, door to swimming pool wouldn't open, very old bathroom hot water taps leaking so not hot showers and the list goes on. Have stayed in alot of motels this was one of the worse ones.

Not as described on web site, garden view but can't sit out your room to enjoy. Table and chairs are in the rear of room in the gravel car park, very dusty. View from car park not pleasant.

Great location close to nearby attractions. Room was perfect clean ample room and a lovely courtyard view.

The motel was lovely, beds where comfy, tv a little small. The owner couldnt do enough for us very nice person. A little noisy from the road being done up. But overall a very nice stay. Will definitely stay again. Thankyou.

Wi Fi was extremely poor signal that I needed for work access. It was unusable at all times. I had to go to other facilities in Echuca to get access for WIFI which was inconvenient

To be fair, the property was great, and definitely one of the better motels in the Echuca Moama region. We had a great time and had everything we needed. I would note that I was a bit misled by the online ad, that stated ‘2 bedrooms’, as the units were one bedroom with a 2nd bed in the living room. We were travelling with children, the extra room would have made all the difference. Extensive road works next door we’re a noisy shame. Would recommend, and will return.

Check in was a little bit off (apparently someone else checked in via our booking), but otherwise, the staff were friendly.
The room was generally fine, basically what I expected. It was hot weather however and our room's AC struggled a bit. Also, WiFi reception at our room was basically not available which was a little disappointing but hey, not the end of the world.
Close to supermarket, not far from a few nice eating spots, short drive to local attractions.
The pool and garden area were nice, and it was amazing being able to bring our dog.

Stunning lush gardens were the highlight of this property. Rooms good size and linen modern and pristine.
The addition of a spa bath made the space for the toilet too cramped, but an excellent hotel with an unassuming exterior and wonderful surprise behind the facade.

It was fine,didnt make our bed on the last night they thought we had booked through travel auctions. Over all it was very pleasant.

Well sited in Moama N.S.W opposite a shopping complex including supermarket and service station.Designed with a huge triangular courtyard,including lovely garden setting with outdoor tables and chairs, undercover bbq area and fenced solar heated swimming pool.Close to the highway but quiet.Units are spottlessly clean, beds comfortable,with thoughtful utensils in the kitchenette area.

The Motel was very clean and tidy the gardens were very pleasant and relaxing thoroughly enjoyed our stay
