Just stayed here for one night on a business trip. There was a large convention going on while I was there, so the hotel felt very busy and loud. I was disappointed by the room service (long wait times, sub-par food). But, the hotel had nice facilities, beautiful pool.

Overall this is a nice hotel and most staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. However, communication between reservations and front desk was lacking. I had to speak to a different person each day about checking out early and each person told me something different in terms of whether an early checkout was possible and what the early check out fee would be. I also had to wait in the check-in line for over 2 hours when I arrived in the morning because so many people were trying to drop off their bags before check-in for a conference. My room was available first thing in the morning since I had reserved the room for the night before, which I did intentionally so I could use my room to pump breastmilk in private upon arrival. They told me it wasn't possible to skip the line and the only space they could offer me for pumping was the bathroom. I ended up putting my pump on in the crowded lobby while I waited in line because I couldn't wait any longer to express milk. This was an incredibly uncomfortable situation, both physically and emotionally. I had to beg someone for a bottle of water so I could hydrate while pumping (they initially told me they had no water available). I was almost in tears when I finally got to the front desk, and just got a brief apology and nothing more. I will say they were very accommodating for storing my breastmilk in the kitchen freezer during my stay, which was a huge help.

I had a great stay, it was my home away from home for the work week in Santiago.

Excellent hotel in very nice area of city which is safe and close to main shopping areas and cable car up mountain. The hotel and room was very pleasant. One slight criticism is they have lots of staff but trying to get a drink or even after ordering one the bar staff seem to stand about doing little and we had to ask repeatedly for our drinks on few occasions. That said the staff were lovely and otherwise I loved the hotel for the price we paid and would definitely come back. The 21st floor sky bar is well worth a visit for the views.

What I liked: Very traditional grand hotel experience with unique property. What i didn't: No walking distance restaurants, and complex getting in and out by UBER.
