Hotel staff extremely nice and friendly. Excellent position, literally in the city centre. Not the fanciest I have ever seen but the price/quality ratio is awesome

I am extremely dissapointed by the fact that I was obligated to pay 90€ as a guarantee because the night auditor said that they don't take bookings on Expedia in the evening and I must pay in cash as a guarantee. I left the hotel for a morning walk and came back at 605am to find nobody in the lobby. The password wasn't working. I rang manytime. I had to go to the Majestic Barriere to kill some time until 715am, and still no one at the reception. I want a compensation for this Ill reatment . Mr.Bah-Pna Dahane

It was really loud over night since people in the next-door room were having a party. Did not get sleep at all because people were coming and going all night, slamming the door shut and shouting.

Great value for money in the centre of Cannes . Excellent welcome from the staff , lovely room , spotlessly clean , lovely shower and bathroom . All in all ......perfect !

A good two-star hotel in an excellent location in central Cannes.

Poor service. No one to attend to breakfast. Staff too limited and unprofessional.

A small hotel, very close to the train station. It is convenient if you want to reach the station within less than 5 minutes, however, as is usually the case, the surrounding area is quite dodgy and doesn't make you feel very safe. Nice is not a very big city, so even the seaside (Promenade des Anglais) can be reached on foot relatively easily, so I don't think that staying near the train station offers any particular advantage. The hotel staff is kind, polite, helpful and welcoming. However the rooms are small with no particular comforts. For example, the curtain was too small to cover the whole window and we could be seen from the window of the opposite building. Not soundproof (I could hear the water running from our toilet during the night), very few plugs (I had to unplug the TV to charge my phone) one of which was very loose. There was however air conditioning in the room, as well as free wifi. I don't think I would choose to stay there again.

It had a really bad smell that you never got used to. We were longing to get out of the room. It was however in the center of everything, which was really good.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the British lady who was very considerate and hospitable. She suggested good restaurants, told us about transportation, and a great place to see the fireworks display on July 14. The room was comfortable. The a.c. worked well and our room had a combination tub and shower which was appreciated.

Had a great stay here. The staff were amazing, very informative, friendly and helpful. Especially Shelly who give me very good advice about the area. The hotel is perfectly located, near to the beaches, shops and other attractions. Also very near to the train and bus stations if you want to travel to Nice or further. I would definitely recommend.

Nice, convenient, optimally-located little hotel. Details are cared of; Reception personnel were all super-kind, helpful and flexible. Room was clean. Very good quality/cost ratio. If you are not seeking luxury, and you are content with a quiet and convenient stay, go for it. I will again. Just one thing: If only morning service personnel realized that chatting loud in between room cleaning could disturb people who are still resting, everything would be perfect!

The hotel may be rated as 2 star but service was better than some 5 star hotels Ive stayed in. Location could not be more perfect or better value for money. Stones throw away from the beach and walkable to the train station too. Room was simple but extremely comfortable and spacious. Would 100% reccomend to anyone looking for an affordable hotel in the best area of Cannes. Thank you for a great day, we hope to be back.

I had a cold while I was traveling so the second night, I was able to bring a hot water pot up to my room to have tea before bed. The one issue (with many hotels) was how thin the walls were to the hallway and the proximity of other rooms/guests. I was trying to go to sleep early and a couple was arriving around 10pm, lugging heavy boxes and crates from the elevator right past my door to the room next door. I tried telling them to be quieter but it was a bit disruptful. Other than that, a perfectly decent stay.
