Awesome Location....The leather is pealing off the chairs In the Dining Room...I stand up to eat my breakfast. All the chairs was like that.

We enjoyed our stay, nice and comfortable

1st room assigned bathroom floor was flooded, second room assigned the AC was not working correctly, this property is in poor condition , could not get on the Internet, the password word given did not work, hotel did have a good hot breakfast.

Greeted nicely when I arrived. Left early before breakfast.

Stay was good up until checkout time. Upon checking out 1 hour early, my debit card was charged A LARGE FEE for a room that SMELLED like smoke... I DID NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE ROOM. I DID NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE BUILDING PERIOD... When i called the hotel and spoke to the manager on duty said i was being charged because the room smelled like smoke and that she found cigarette packs and cigar packs on the GARBAGE CAN... Yes i do smoke and i did smoke OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING EVERY SINGLE TIME. I traveled with my husband and 2 kids ages 10 and 3 years old... i would never smoke in an enclosed area with my kids in the same room. I dont do that at my home that i OWN.. i go OUTSIDE RO SMOKE. And yes there were EMPTY PACKS IN THE GARBAGE BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO THROW IT IN THE PARKING LOT NOR ANYWHERE OTHER THAN THE GARBAGE CAN... SO THAT EXPLAINS THE EMPTY PACKS...THERE WAS NO DRUGS, ALCOHOL, OR ANYTHING ELSE ILLEGAL IN THE ROOM... ONLY EMPTY PACKS... I WOYLDNT STAY HERE EVER AGAIN... AND THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE SOUR MOP WATER UPON CHECKIN AND LASTED THE ENTIRE STAY.. BUT I DISNT COMPLAON ABOUT THAT...

Needs plenty of updates.

It was close and easy to find. Breakfast was great and the people very nice to us. We would stay there again when visiting Bolixi.

Both front desk ladies were very kind and friendly. The bed was super comfortable as well!

The staff was very courteous and accommodating. Our rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was good also. It was convenient because all the places we needed or wanted to go were not very far from the hotel.

Location is great . 10 minutes from the beach. Staff was great. Only problem was the elevator was not working .

Bathroom wasn’t all the way clean. The whole bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. Great stay though.

Nice place

Problems with elevators. Cancelled our stay for Sunday night and was charged a cancellation fee. When we asked about it the gentlemen told us we had to cancel by a certain time which we did to not be charged. That is our only issue. Will I stay there again maybe.

The hotel seems to be run down. There are stains on the carpet. Air conditioning on third floor near elevators was leaking on the tile floor. The wall where it meets the base boards is tattered showing wear. The door to our bathroom was in disarray with the top layer separating and looking bad. Also walls were scuffed up especially from entrance door hitting closet doors. There were stains on the couch. There also was scuffs and scratches on furniture. The breakfast woman was very personable, polite and friendly. She stayed on top of everything.

Older hotel but very clean. They have lots of updated decor and lines were great. Great big cozy towels. We would stay again

The property look nothing like its pictures was any of furniture replacement painting etc.. In fact I did not even stay at the location and attempted to get a refund.

The bathtubs need mats or something my daughter did slip in the tub and hurt her leg but over all was great

Quiet , clean and convenient to a lot of stores/ food places.

It was absolutely horrible. I took my daughter to go swimming there. There was garbage in the pool and the bottom of it was brown. They would not refund me for my money. I would never stay here.

Dirty bathroom. Rusted tub. Ceiling issues in hall. Thin walls.

Was wonderful

Decent, no frills hotel. Safe area with plenty of restaurants and shopping (Target; Marshals; Burlington; etc) nearby. Easy access to the interstate and within minutes of Biloxi Beach area. Room was clean with plenty of towels.

Great place to stay in the breakfast was so good

Wifi was not good so not able to use it while there and the television kept going out with errors.

The positive: The front desk staff was amazing, Sarah was hilarious, and the breakfast was decent. The negative: There was a roach sitting on my cooler, there's only 2 carts for an entire hotel, the young black girl, (housekeeper) was rude when I asked for towels. The bath tub was sunken in, we almost fell getting in, the floor felt damp, the room smelled a little like mildew. It looks like mold was on the tub, and water damage. We took a day trip to New Orleans, and returned around 12:30am. We attempted to get in our room, and the key was deactivated. It annoyed me because I had to get back on the elevator, and I hate elevators. The young man said it locked us out because we were there for then 2 days.
