It was very relaxing. The pool with the slide wasn’t open, weekend only. It was very quiet, not many people. Rick’s Cafe was excellent. Waitress friendly. All staff was very polite and helpful.

I have stayed here once a year for a mini staycation. This time, I was saddened to see how gross the pool area was. It looked like nobody had cleaned the concrete or the tables at the pool area. It was sticky and disgusting and saddened me. I hope the pool workers do a better job of keeping that area clean because we enjoy doing our staycation.

Surprised how nice the area was. Never would have guessed this was there. The property was nice but the hotel itself needs a little bit of a facelift. It is starting to show its age but we didn't feel like it totally ruined the experience as others said. We would return again with another good deal on rooms. It was the perfect getaway and on this trip we decided we didn't really care about going to The Strip or Downton. However, it is only an easy 30 minute drive to do so.

The property was beautiful. Staff didn’t really seem interested or like they wanted to work. Lifeguards let people do whatever they wanted, trash was in hallways for days, watched cleaning service walk by it. Pool was understaffed so it took a long time to order, even though the waitress was wonderful and so nice!

Amazing check in process. Valet and the customer service was overall amazing.

We were at one day family trip. Westin resort property is built with luxury and comfortness. We liked the lake view and peace as compare to Vegas strip. Staff is comperative.

We did a staycation and had a great time. The lifeguards around the pool were not great and need more supervision. One pool was freezing and the other was so warm. Our room was great. Some areas are a little worn down. We would definitely come back!

It is a fantastic property with friendly staff and beautiful views of Lake Las Vegas. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Great lake view from the outside deck.

Says pet friendly but definitely is not. I had my 4-1/2 lb dog sitting next to me on a towel at the pool and was asked to leave and said when I exited the pool if I didn’t put my dog on a leash I had to leave the property entirely. Was told they would go to the front desk and check me out of my room and asked for my room number. So I went and checked out 2 night early and lost my whole trip. Absolutely horrible customer service. Was kicked out by a rude 75 year old woman that said she was a security guard. Walked into the pool while 2 other employees held the door open for me. Yet this old lady that must hate animals kicked me and my quiet little dog out

Very nice, clean, quiet, friendly staff. It is a resort, so no loud casino, no cigarette smell, just a calm vibe. It's in a secluded area, so about 30min drive from strip.

The vibe is very chill. Very relaxing. The grounds are spectacular. The views of the lake and the other homes around the area make you feel like you're in total seclusion. Not much to eat or do around the area. Not much shopping. Basically it's a place to relax even to go find other restaurants other than what's around the resort. You have to make a 5 to 10 minute drive into Henderson. Other than that, it's a very nice place to relax. I would do it again

As soon as we walked in it smelled so good! The drive to the entrance was beautiful. The cost of our room was very reasonable 😁 There were bottles of water next to our in room coffee maker, which had a few issues but it worked. The only thing that could have been better was if they served free coffee in the lobby along with the fruit flavored water. Since the coffee shop is way down the hallway from the front entrance, it would have been convenient to grab a cup to go. The only other unfortunate thing is that we didn't stay a whole week!!!

Where do I start? The room was outdated. Bathtub was not clean. Furniture was not comfortable, dirty, and was also outdated. You had a foot long balcony. We stayed in the “luxury suite”. There was nothing luxurious about it. For the price we paid, we could have had a presidential suite in the strip but the whole point of going here was to escape the strip and be comfortable. Food was overpriced. Imagine ordering a $48 dollar ribeye and it doesn’t come with a single side. Our breakfast sandwich from Marrakesh had mold on it. But it gets worst. Not only were the rooms uncomfortably warm (maxing out the ac and we were still sweating), the hot water in the plumbing went out. We were forced to shower in cold water. When we asked the front desk, they claimed that it will be a while but we will refund your resort fee. A resort fee! We will probably never stay here again and I highly recommend the Hilton down the road. At least you’re closer to the village. You’re just paying for the view here.

The property is not at all accommodating to wheel chairs and strollers,

Beds are absolutely hard as a rock. When you check out they tack on a bunch of more fees then had charges from the pool bar that weren’t even mine. Make sure you go over your charges line by line. NOT worth the amount to stay there!

The staff was wonderful and provided excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. Dining, transportation and hospitality was superb. I will definitely come back again!
