Property close to expressway, has ev charger, also dc fast charger next door. Smelled like cigarette deodorizer, made my clothes smell enough that people I was visiting asked about it, breakfast was egg patties, cinnamon buns were dried out, cranberry juice was diluted. breakfast area not well laid out. Toilet rocked when used. Bed was old.

The property is in horrible shape and just dirty. In fact, our room was disgusting — GLOBS of hair throughout the bathroom and in the bedroom, very dirty old carpeting, the bathroom door looked liked it had been chewed on at the bottom, the bathroom didn’t stay open, the shower curtain had mold growing it. Do not stay here!

This hotel needs new mattresses. Big hole in middle of both sides of bed. Felt like being folded in half. Not as clean as the Holiday Inn Express I stayed in the 2 days before in West Virginia. Room was much smaller also. Staff was very nice and helpful. I do like

Have stayed here many time and never disappointed. Hotel is always clean ,staff friendly and accommodating . Housekeeping good service. Location is good for,going to various places around Pittsburgh. 30 minutes from airport. Good breakfast . Also,coffee in lobby 24/7.

There was makeup on the pillow. The bathroom door would not shut. The air conditioner was loud and woke us up every time it came on. We were also lied to by the front desk attendant. We were originally given a king bed room on the 1st floor right by the front desk. We asked for the same room on the 2nd or 3rd floor and were told the only rooms available were rooms with two queen beds for an additional $27 a night. We got on hotels sight later and rooms with king beds were available. Definitely won’t stay here again.

It isn’t a bad place to stay but they need to provide extra bath towels. They could improve the lighting- it is hard to put on make up. Other than that I have no complaints.

For the most part, it was a good stay. My only complaints were that you aren't given any extra blankets, or a laundry bag. We were close to the laundry room, which made the hallway very hot. Not really a major deal though. The front desk staff were very friendly!!

It was perfect for our stay. We were in town to visit some people who live nearby. And there was a Starbuck's within walking distance, although we did enjoy the breakfast that was served there at the hotel.

This is Holiday Inn Express is a reasonable option for anyone staying in the south Pittsburgh area, as it is not far from the Bridgeville/South Hills area and direct access to I-79 with only about 15 min to downtown PGH and ~20 min to the airport (less during off hours). The property is as expected and rooms are generally clean (except for the bathrooms needing more attention to mold/mildew and toilet cleaning). Staff are fine and helpful when anything is needed.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful. Mae was her name. She noticed i use a cane and offered a room with a walk-in shower. Very sweet of her, and it made my stay all the better. Thank you Mae.

The stay was a good one until the following morning. They placed me in a room next to the front desk and housekeeping office. The people were so loud at 8 in the morning. I could hear their whole conversation. No respect for sleeping people.
