Room was clean and comfortable, nice staff…. Old hotel and needs maintenance….

Hotel was easy to find, safe area, staff was friendly, breakfast was good, rooms were clean as in sheets, towels, bathroom... But the room walls, doors, elevator walls etc really needed a good wipe down. And although the sheets were clean they had old stains on the white and black cover.

It was convenient and clean! Bed was comfy and service was dynamite!!

I liked nothing

Only dislike is the bathrooms, I like when you can get ready at the sink outside of the shower/toliet.

Everyone one we worked with were good and friendly. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. Would recommend.

The bedding was musty. Room had a bad oder.. some of the furnishings had rust. Not what I would expect for $120

The desk clerk charged me a fee because i did not live greater than a 50 mile radius.I was there to meet up with family the next mng to plan my wifes funeral.

I like that it's a pet friendly property. That is why we go there. However, the room, carpets and other areas of the property were visibly dirty. The faucets, both shower and sink, were leaking and made a mess. Had to eat my breakfast cereal with a fork because they had no spoons. Both of these were brought to staff members' attention. They did not seem concerned. Slamming doors in hallways and auxiliary entryways all night. We had a party of 7 and all agreed it was a subpar stay.

Customer service was wonderful. We walked in very nice and clean.

Check in gave us the first impression it may be a bad experience. The front desk clerk was rude for no reason, assuming, and unfriendly. She was sitting on her phone at a table when arrived about 7pm so she was possibly interrupted by our arrival and could be the reason behind her less than friendly demeanor. She asked if we had pets I said no, not unless you count our wild animals, pointing to our 3 kids. Her tone was nasty, she said, “that’s fine if you want pay an extra fee.” I said it was obviously a joke, she just stared at me. We had 7 travelers with 2 rooms. She commented with wide eyes, “you’re all staying in ONE room?” No, ma’am if you not assume and let us finish here, we have another room to check in. Just not a great first impression for the front of the house. However, the rest of the stay was fine. The bed and pillows were super comfy. The room was clean. The pool was out of towels which was a bit of an inconvenience. Overall it was a good stay.

My three day stay was terrible. Management was rude and not very helpful. My room had crazy ants in it and when I switched to the other room it had roaches and ants. I will not be staying here unless there is new management.

The staff was great and most accommodating for my disability and my service animals. The rooms are great as always. The most AMAZING AND COMFORTABLE beds at LaQuintas! A very excellent breakfast! Very pleased.

Beds were super comfy, pullout bed was uncomfortable and not checked by housekeeping as we found a toothbrush once opening the bed up. Breakfast was not good, food was cold and completely uncovered the entire time of out, coffee was disgusting. Besides the breakfast everything was great. No issues with noise or anythkng of that nature and everything was clean and tidy. If you stay here just anticipate getting Breakfast somewhere else.

Breakfast was horrible, food not cooked all the way. Friendly staff and good location to St.Louis. There is very restaurants at this exit for a good meal.

I had taken out the extra insurance in case an illness happened, and we had to leave early. We were still charged for Saturday even though my sister was in so much pain that we had to leave.

Breakfast was terrible. The waffle maker couldn’t be turned on with out browning a fuse!!

It was a very average hotel. Needs some upkeep. The comforter was noticeably dirty.

I liked the fact that it was directly beside the police/sheriff's office in the area we needed to stay. It made me feel safer in an area I knew very little about.

Staff was really nice and welcoming. The bath tub was not the cleanest, there was hair in it from the last visitor i am assuming. The only other complaint i have, is not the business' fault but it smelled like someone was smoking Marijuana in the hallway. I had small kids and this hotel is supposed to be smoke free.

Booked this room based on reviews of cleanliness, but they must have been speaking of another hotel. The dresser and side tables had dried up stuff on them, the blankets on one bed had a big, brown stain, towels were stained and the restroom was moldy with rust all over the drains and the tub. I don’t think the room had been used in a while because when we started using the bathroom sink, a sewage smell started coming out of the drain. The smell did resolve on its own and I just wiped everything down myself. The bed was very uncomfortable and was collapsing in one side, making it hard to sleep. I had to fold my pillow in half it was so flat. While all of this was frustrating, it did not compare to the attitude I received when asking for an extra pillow from the front desk for the 2nd night of our stay. I was asked to clarify my request, was told I already had 3 on the bed and that they don’t have extra pillows. I informed her I knew what I had, but the pillows were horrible. She came back and informed me she could only find one. I would not recommend staying, go to any of the other 4 hotels on the same road.

The staff I encountered were friendly and very helpful. However, there were dirty towels in the restroom, the remote to the tv did not work and i soptted a bedbug on one of the beds in the room.

They didnt say that they dont except cash app at all even if you book through expedia at all ..and the front desk person was hell rude when i was trying to explain that they should put that on thier website cause the other hotels that are the same took our cash app in Utah and California with no problems at all but when i tryed to do it there they simply turned us down and told us that we has to call you guys to get our money back since we couldnt stay there..so yeah i wouldn't want to stay here at all if they was like that ..
