Bugs and mattresses are uncomfortable. Other Fairfield way better

It was fine. Hallways smelled stale and note clean, it room was clean.

A really great stay. I had to stay here while in town, and had to extend my stay there unexpectedly. All of it went smoothly and the staff were all kind, professional and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay during a hectic time!

Applebees and Cracker Barrel next door

We always stay here when visiting our child at Binghampton University. It is very clean, and rather close to the college. The hotel offers free breakfast as well as many dining options for lunch or dinner near the hotel.

Great location for 1 night when in a long trip. But for more than one person the bathroom is Tiny. The door nearly hits the tot. Room for 1 person at the sink. Good breakfast but tables are very close together and not enough of them.

Good hotel with convenient location

It was an overall good stay. Just no shampoo or body wash that was filled.

Friendly staff greeted us upon our arrival. The room and bed were very comfortable. There was a unique filmy window shade that allowed light to come in the room and included a very peaceful outdoor design.

Here to attend college tours and visit relatives nearby. Good location off the highway, convenient to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy if needed.

Kevin and Clair at the checkin desk were warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It is not the most updated, i.e. no usb ports, but it had everything we needed to make it comfortable. The water pressure and ac were great. Breakfast and delicious coffee were included. It was an easy drive off and onto I81. We will definitely consider staying here if ever in the area again.

Fine choice for a sleepover while on the road. Standard, clean, comfortable room. A few little quirks: e.g. only one large towel and one coffee cup for two people; poorly appointed coffee service in room; very soft water and slippery shower floor; breakfast over by 9:00. But satisfied overall. Two restaurants right next door.

The property was nice, clean and very convenient. The staff (Claire? working the front desk) was the worst customer service person I have ever encountered in my life. Rude, ignorant and angry towards myself and other customers during check-in. Literally yelling at guests. We ordered some takeout and were sitting at the tables in the breakfast area along with some other families finishing our food. The front desk staff came over and said this area was closing and we had to leave now. We moved outside to the parking lot where a few other parents from the tournament gathered and were talking. At night so no traffic at the hotel, no loud noises or commotion, no disturbance to other guests or the staff. Instead of her walking 10 feet and telling us we could not gather in the parking lot, she called the police. 2 cop cars showed up to tell us to leave. As someone walked through the lobby and mentioned to her that all she had to do was ask us not to stand in the parking lot rather than call the police, she started screaming at the guests. I would stay at this hotel again, but if I walked in and saw her working I would consider going somewhere else

The hotel staff were friendly and efficient but our room was only partially prepared, did not appear to have been vacuumed, and the bathroom felt dirty. If you need a place to stay in Binghamton that’s close to the highway it is very convenient.

Great place, clean, close to 2 restaurants (Cracker Barrel, Applebees) and Starbucks!

The front desk lady Ms.Donna was very helpful and accommodating. She had excellent hospitality and customer service making our stay very peaceful and enjoyable. We had a bad experience with 2 other hotels in the area and it was very reassuring to stay here after. Thank you Ms.Donna and the Fairfield inn, we will be staying here everytime we visit Binghamton!

Check-in ladies are great! But when we went for breakfast at 6:30, staff told us breakfast doesn’t open until 7. I’m sure that’s fine for all the guests partying & maki g noise at 1am but not for early travelers like us. BTW - everything looked already out for breakfast so the staff member could have been accommodating but chose not to be. Ripped off - breakfast not included!
