The room was dirty, had a hard time getting the door to open, bathroom door wouldn't latch closed. Stayed 3 nights, no one changed the trash, or gave us fresh bedding. there was a gap around the front door, you could see right out. The worst part was the BUGS.

I literally stayed at this hotel for 2 hours before I left. I got in the room and it had a ton of bugs

The hotel itself look like a trap house. When I arrived the hallway itself smelt like wet dog or mold. The rm that was assigned to me, wasn't working. The lock on the door was dead. So the mgr had to come and open the door. After I tried to get in, she had to assist me again. I told her i needed another room. She gave me another rm, except it wasn't any towels, wash cloths, the floor wasn't swept, the microwave wasn't plugged in. It looked like nobody cleaned it. So i went and got towels, wash cloths, and cleaning products and cleaned up myself.
On Monday, we weren't bothered. Tues a different mgr came to the rm and said the music was too loud. Which it wasn't. My husband and i turned the music off. Yesterday, Wednesday, the mgr that lives on the premises came to the rm twice. The first time she said it was another noise complaint. Mind you, my husband and i were leaving everyday and coming back in the evenings. So on Wednesday the second time she came back she had the police with her saying that we needed to leave. We were out all day yesterday and when we got back in, i went straight to sleep, my husband was watching tv. The phone kept ringing during our whole stay. When we questioned why, she stated that it was another noise complaint. How do you get another noise complaint in less than 5 min? I will NEVER go back there. I want my money back at this point. I paid too much to have my stay to be chaos for no reason.

Nothing worked in my room they gave me a cheaper room then i paid for and it was filthy the staff is extremely rude

Property is worn out. Fitted sheets did not fit. Cables falling of wall. Creatures who come out at night from shower drain.

It is in really bad disrepair and needs immediate attention! The staff does a great job under these conditions!

It was supposed to be decent, but boy was the room dirty, with holes in the doors. The toilet had poop from someone using it before. Toothpaste stains everywhere. Room smelled like cigarettes. Only bedsheets were partially clean with plenty of stains. There were no blankets. Had to ask for some from the front desk. The ones the gave us had cigarette stains and stains from spills on them and smelled. Elevator was in terrible shape. Front desk receptionist smelled like weed. In the middle of the night something bit my son's arm and we took our stuff and moved out of there at 2 AM, got refund. Stay away. I wish I could attach the pics I took.

Perfectly fine place, although I suspect not for everyone: I think the location is used by families who are in transition, and I was one of very few people staying for only a few nights. Doesn't concern me, as the price was right plus the location

Bedbugs. Stove didn’t work in the kitchenette. Bathroom door was off henges. Had to wait 3 hours to check in because room was not ready. Only one way in and out. Tons of people loitering outside. Only pro is the price and staying in the same room with new reservations for extensions.

While my room was clean, right outside the elevator on the 3rd floor was dog poop. It was there when I arrived at 7pm and was there there at 9am when I left. The carpeting was stained everywhere. This place was an absolute hell hole!

This hotel is absolutely filthy. From the moment you walk in you'll see the carpets are disgusting, the elevator barely works and is filthy. By the time you get to your room, you'll be considering putting all your luggage back in the car (I definitely didn't keep my things inside for fear of bedbugs and roaches.) I killed a roach within 30 minutes of being in the room. The beds were so stained with blood and other questionable fluids on the tops, bottoms, and sides that I was pretty sure there were bedbugs, or at least had been in the past. I was so skeezed out by the property that I slept in the tub. I would have left if I had had any other option. One of the worst hotels stays I have ever experienced, but I will say, the staff was excellent and very friendly.

The room, overall was clean. The only issue I had was with the floor, although it had been swept, it was dirty and could have used a mopping. (Bottom of feet dirty after a few minutes.)
Front desk person was very nice and accommodating!!! Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for her!!!!

The place is a dump. Dirty, nasty, loitering customers hanging out. I watched a man literally pee in the parking lot. On top of that, Expedia allowed me to book this place, only for them to tell me they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate me. I’m still waiting on my refund to be processed.

We did not stay here. We walked in and walked out. There was trash in the hallways and the room was not clean . Front desk staff was not helpful. Theis seems more like a shelter than a motel . We did not feel comfortable to stay here

Worst experience I ever had since booking with Expedia. Booked three rooms weeks in advance to get a call on my way there that they overbook the hotel then sat waiting for over an hour for check in. The rooms with dirty the property felt unsafe there was a lot of sketchy stuff going on. Ended up sitting in a chair to go to sleep because the beds were nasty. I would never stay here again.

Despite having both a reservation and confirmation email, I was told there was no record of anything and no room for me. At 10 pm on a Friday evening I had nowhere to stay. Thanks for nothing!

It was easy to park and workers were very friendly and helpful.

The motel seems to be riddled with drug activity and is also in poor condition. Recommend sleeping in car versus this property. Should be reported to local law enforcement to investigate potential criminal activity. Did not stay at property immediately cancelled and moved to another hotel. Refund was given and staff were very kind and professional.

Parking was free. Hotel did not have hour restrictions which was good. The hotel mattress was quite old and hard.

The entrance was a little creepy. The smell of pot was everywhere. I didn't have bath towels or shampoo in the room. Had to ask a few times for them. The keyless entry pad on my room door was almost impossible. The smoke detector was disconnected and there were dirty handprints on the wall and ceiling and the bathroom sink stopper was stuck in the down position not allowing any drainage. I tried to tighten it to stay up with no success. The floor was filthy. Never took off my shoes after I ruined/stained a pair of socks.
The evening lady behind the desk was super friendly and helpful
