Loved Exmouth, if you plan on swimming with whale sharks, book your tour months in advance.

There was a space between the bottom of the door in my room and the floor. It was noisy. They did not have Wi-Fi for guests anywhere except in the hostel area and by the pool. It was not a good stay.

Great location to walk into town and access all on offer. The budget room was comfortable and clean and suited our needs as a base for a few days.

Nice clean simple rooms. Love the bistro food and various dining areas / bars.

Overall good accomodation, everything working. Very loud Friday night with band playing. 2nd night a cockroach crawled over my face while sleeping. Baby cockroaches found throughout. We were given spray when asked.

This is a basic three star hotel right in the centre of Exmouth, only a 4-5 min walk from town centre. Large grounds which are a bit run down but functional. Pros: unbeatable location convenient to town centre and grocery shopping, cafes, brewery, restaurants etc; range of accommodation from shared dorm rooms to two bedroom apartments. I had twin room( queen bed plus single bed)-mattress was clean and comfortable, room was spacious and had microwave, toaster, kettle, basic crockery and cutlery. Older style decor of room but Bathroom was modern and spacious. Great shower! Staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. Two pools on main grounds( larger one at bistro bar area and smaller quiet one near 2br apartments). Laundry on site in dorm building. Beer garden, modern bistro and bottle shop all on-site. Food trucks just outside the property on the Fri/sat/sun I was there for additional quick dinner options. Cons: biggest negative was lack of wifi in rooms. Wifi only available in pool/bar/bistro area where there is often loud music playing, so not ideal. Other negatives: no breakfast on site; no safe in room for valuables; rooms not serviced; basic older style keyed door lock which didn’t feel very secure. Overall, there are nicer places to stay, but you can’t beat the convenient location. If you are just looking for somewhere to sleep at night it is fine. Please get wifi in the rooms Potshot!

Nice hotel for value

The room is small but has a full size bar fridge and single robe. Bathroom was above expectations. Linen could use a refresh. Staff friendly. Good dining at the pub.

This hotel is very basic with motel like amenities. Many of the rooms are adjacent to a hotel bar where on the weekend the music makes it really impossible to sleep until late at night when it stops. Found flies, moths, lizard in my room as well. Staff service is mediocre. On top of this, the prices are not very low. Unfortunate that Exmouth doesn’t have more competition because these guys would have to lower the price or shape up.

Excellent air conditioning and pool restaurant. Privacy good. Pleasantly able to rest well.

overall reasonable however the tv didn't work properly,toilet seat was broken and the toilet brush was broken.The tv problem was one which they had known about and should have been rectified by now and the excuse of were getting to it is not satisfactory. I very much doubt i would use the premises again

Great location within walking distance to town. Clean spacious apartment for 4 adults. The pool area was great to cool down in on a hot day. Will stay again on our next trip to Exmouth.

Cant really comment on service as we arrived after the desk was closed. The door wouldnt open the second night may be the heat but the staff, although it took them a while to get it open were really apologetic and treated us to dinner while we waited. Room was very clean as was the bathroom. Could use a bit of updating with the corner desk being bigger so one can use more efficiently

Very noisy air conditioning in bedrooms made for a hot and uncomfortable night. Rooms a little dated. Was ok for what we paid. Would choose somewhere else next time if we had the choice.

The property was pretty good inside but we couldn't get the hot plates to work. It was ok. Did have a pool. I thought it was very expensive . I did want to change the dates of our stay slightly so we could do Exmouth first and then Coral Bay.Wasnt able to do this which was very annoying. Won't book there again

Good location. Friendly staff. Place in need of maintenance and upgrades to furniture. Beds very absolutely worn out and no one should have to be presented with that

We stayed two nights and it met all our needs . Clean , comfortable good bbq , accomodating check in . No issues at all

Everything was just ok. Beds weren't very comfortable and pillows were lumpy. It could definitely use some maintenance.

Great space for our family, easy and quick check in (and great advice from friendly staff on front desk). Only thing I could fault was lack of internet. Otherwise a great place. I would stay there again

The only gryp I had was the louvre’s in the room, I couldn’t make my room dark with those dam louvres

We stayed at the Osprey accommodation which was a self contained apartment and suited our family needs. Close to town and good facilities. Staff were great with all requests including the wifi which wasn’t working while we were there but they gave us alternatives.
