I booked this hotel through Hotels.com at a rate of $130. When I arrived and checked in, the front desk employee charged $170 and with taxes it came up to $200. I consider that to be bait and switch. I felt cheated. The room itself was nothing special whatsoever, a king bed, and bathroom. I will never patronize this brand ever again.

We were in room 316 and the door is next to the elevator. It was the loudest room I have ever stayed in. By 5am I was awake due to people getting on and off the elevator. They would be smart to never put a guest in that room again!!

The only complaint we have is the key cards work terrible. We would have insert them 6-7 times to get a green light. Both at our room & the outside door. Our friends were staying in another room & they had the same problem. The breakfast was AMAZING!! Front desk people were very friendly.

Loved staying here for the Taylor Swift concert! Front desk staff was very kind and helpful, and had some helpful tips for transport around the city. The area has every dining and shopping option you could want. Breakfast was also fantastic both days we were there. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again on our next trip to KC!

The room was cleaned and comfortable. However, the guests on 3rd floor directly above us made a lot of noise by running and slamming door until almost midnight. We complained to front desk staff but not sure anything was addressed as it continued until midnight. Kept us awake when we wanted to go to bed for our early morning drive home.

Mattresses were unusually soft possibly they are beyond their useful life. Not the best for elderly.
Body wash soap dispenser in shower was empty opaque bottles would be difficult for housekeeping to property assess levels
