When I checked into my room around 10pm Friday 9/13, I noticed there was no mini fridge. When I asked the front desk clerk, she told me all the rooms had mini fridges. When I told her mine didn’t, she said she couldn’t give me another room (I had medication that needed to be refrigerated) and that maintenance would bring me one the following day (Saturday 9/14). The next morning when I asked a different clerk when would maintenance be bringing the fridge, she told me it wouldn’t be until the evening after 4pm of the following day (Sunday 9/15) because they were getting new ones delivered. She was nice enough to give me a different room around 1:30pm after housekeeping had cleaned them. The bathroom door in the second room was soo hard to open or close, you had to almost break it down to open it and there were food stains on the wall. The flooring was also rising so if you stepped in certain places, you can feel you foot sink in where the tile is separating from the foundation. The walls are also very thin, there was a woman at the other end of the hallway having a phone conversation in the hall and we could hear every word of it and she wasn’t being loud. You could also hear the moving around of whoever was above us. The continental breakfast consisted of 1 brand of cereal, loaves of bread, and cold microwave French toast sticks. Nothing like the advertised picture with the waffle maker and things. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this location.

Worked for an overnight in transit

Good location next to the airport for a great price. Old but clean. Does the job for a short stay by the airport. Free airport shuttle. Bar, convince stores, and restaurants within walking distance.

Cheap but not a great place, coffee was finished before 8 am, TV was not working and support staff who came could not finish it and appeared to be drunk. Hard working staff but the room felt damp.

Clean cleanliness

They told me that they have a smoking room and they did not have a smoking room and I asked them to make up their room. They said you should notify us 24 hours in advance and they didn’t do it and I have bedbugs all over my body.

The property owner is sweet trying to work with you but the place is full of cigarette smoke smell.

The property rooms were very nice and updated! I didn't like that I was booked into a handicap room because there was no bathtub in it, however, it was a well updated room!

Overall, I had a good experience. The shuttle service was fast, and the staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large enough and have an amazing shower with lots of pressure water. The breakfast is very simple and the only issue was the noise of the A/C but it helped to muffle the sound from outside.

Beds were hard, pillows were terrible, toilet seat was the size of a pre-schoolers bathroom. Location was perfect and close to rental cars. Good for a get in...go to bed and get out.

Very dirty, unsafe and very one including manager they’re smoking weed . After looking the room and manager I refuse to stay and ask for refund which I never received.

I like the owner. She was friendly. Not too much staff. All together condition of this property was not well maintained. I had one more day of stay two days later but canceled it.

Ick is all I can say. Thought it would be fine being we would only be in the room for less than 12 hours before catching a flight but we were grossed out by the lack of cleanliness the entire time. The pictures were deceiving. Overall, the bathroom needed a really good scrub. I wore shoes in the shower. There were brown spots on the bathroom walls across from the toilet. The provided shampoo was half used and had a hair sticking out of the bottle. Reminded me more of a no tell motel where you get what you paid for. Never again.

Good property and stay overall my only issues were the fact the deposit the hotel requires wasn't mentioned when booking the room and the fact that the room price was $3 higher than the price that was listed when I booked the room

Right off the bat, the room smelled terrible, there was a dead bug on the blanket on the back of the bed, there was dirt under the t.v. that didn't even work. The bathroom had dirt in the corner and I went to unplug my curling iron and the whole thing came out of the wall. We didn't even want to stay the night.

Area was good. Close to fast food resturants. Walking distance

They wouldn’t give us our room that we already booked because WIFI was down. If a business as simple as a hotel can’t function without WIFI, it has serious issues. Hotels functioned just fine before WIFI was a thing.

The property was not keep up. It was missing lightbulbs, the TV keep going out, the rooms was not up to code and they did not have housekeeping for our stay.

The overhead light in my room didn’t work at all, the outlets all looked to be broken to some extent, and the room and bathroom didn’t really look like it had been cleaned in a while.

Even tho none smoking room but the room smells, the beds are hard like a rock😬. Toilet are tiny. I like the location by the airport.

Room was ok overall, worst complaint was the toilet was so so low. Breakfast was basicslly non existent, by 730 there was not much choice at all.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was wonderfully clean and comfortable.

I stayed in a room with a large single bed. Price was $65.00 including tax. It definitely was worth the savings to stay here. This property looks like it was renovated in the past several years. Everything in the room worked. Zero complaints from me.
