Very nice but the elevator was broken.

Jamal was great! Hotel is a bit dated, but beds were clean and comfortable.

It was very convenient to be able to have our dog with us. We enjoyed the excellent buffet breakfast.. so good!.. we enjoyed eating by the pool & a swim afterwards, plus our dog could be out there with us.

The room was a good size very spacious. I did find dirty linen in the bathroom. And the ac was crazy. It makes a weird sound off and on then cuts off

The room had an electronic window shade. It was broken. The side just hung from the top roller, and we could not move it at all. So, I don't know if we had a view or a patio. The broken shade let insight that we could not block leading to a bad night's sleep. I reported the broken shade immediately upon our check in. Ants in bathroom and sleeping room. Shower floor in need of a very strong scrubbing; yuck. We noticed that after we showered, the carpet OUTSIDE our door was soaking wet. Upon entering the room after breakfast, we almost slipped and fell. Not sure what caused the water, but it was terrible. After putting your foot down, you could see water around your shoe.

Great customer service, very clean rooms amd the complementary breakfast was really good.

There on business, very convenient

When checking into the hotel it was a normal check-in. The only thing with check-in was that I was told nothing about the hotel, the time of breakfast or the amenities to the hotel. We then checked into our room everything was fine except in the picture it shows a stand-up shower. I felt as though the room that was pictured was not the room I received. Everything else was good until that evening. The sink did not fully drain and had ants on the desk. I tried to tell someone but every time I went downstairs there was no one at the desk. Breakfast was okay however the seats table and floors were filthy. When checking out I threw my key cards in the container at the desk no one was attending the desk so I could not complain or ask any questions.

Excellent stay! Friendly staff, quick check in and comfortable room. Standard Holiday Inn Express breakfast and amenities, and you can walk just a few feet to Chipotle :)

The room had never been cleaned............................

RELAXING. The moment you walk into the room, you relax. Fluffy white queen beds, beautiful nature view out the window, clean roomy bathroom. I think the way the white shower curtains are hung made the shower look more spacious and relaxing. Thank you!

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Room 217 where I stayed has a small refrigerator/freezer that cycled on/off approximately every 15-20 minutes. When it cycled off the pipes in the wall would rattle approximately 5 seconds and was relatively loud. This made it hard to go to sleep and woke me up often during the night. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

Decent place to stay for a few nights. Lot of construction equipment in parking lot. Plenty of dining.

Very nice. Older building but totally remodeled. Clean and nice. And you can’t beat the cinnamon rolls

We had no hot water for showers placed near loud noisy kitchen alarms and people talking way into night all in all we will not be back

Extremely friendly made the stay very nice to have such a friendly staff.

The recent renovations made the hotel beautiful but they’re not being kept up as well. There’s noticeable upkeep that needs to be done; re grouting of floors, paint touch up.

The first room they gave us had a real bad musty smell and we we transferred to another room.

Quiet, Comfy and Clean. Excellent breakfast buffet - probably the best I've had anywhere, including another Holiday Express. Staff is pleasant and efficient too. One small complaint - the entrance off the highway is extremely hard to find - just a low sign well back from the road edge and overwhelmed by the Wendy's out front. We circled the area several times before we spotted it, even though our GPS kept telling us we were there.

While the hotel has no smoking signs at every room, it is not enforced. Weed smell is all over the building. Our first room had an air purifier in it to help with it, but it was extremely loud and I couldn't sleep. We were moved to another room that was much better, but the hallways still had the weed smell.

Lack of house cleaning due to lack of employees. Rooms were clean n various breakfasts very nice people. Yea I would go back again.
