Your breakfast is very expensive

when we arrived they said someone was booked with our booking with all details same except the customer name. we had to call hotels.com to fix the issue. property is very old and the customer service at front desk is unexpected. carpet and floor are worn out. hot water is coming in cold mode. it was very disappointing for hotels like Hilton.

Very nice well kept , AC in rooms are very loud but I wore ear plugs . The rooms smell musky . Very close to bush gardens , but downfall they charge 12 for breakfast

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. I booked two rooms and they were just ok. The carpet is old and made the rooms smell a bit funky. The bathrooms were old, outdated, the tub was old and needs replacing. The pipe water ran unto the counter when turned on due to bad placement. The floors were also old and had some odd brown smears. The elevator jumped before getting to the floors and were also outdated. Overall the place from the outside looked impressive but once you got into the rooms, it does not reflect true Hilton property Facility.

The hotel was in a great location right off the highway. Our room was nice but the walls are thin. We heard every door closing and someone near us had a dog that barked all night and all day. Overall i would stay again

Loved that this property was quiet and clean. We visited the pool most days during our stay and we were usually the only ones there! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The room was not clean, especially the carpet. There was only 1 elevator working. The water drain was very slow in the sink and bath tub. My room had no phone, I asked about it and no one really cared. And it was never even replaced. I would not return to this location.

When you arrive to the property, the property looks very nice. The lobby is clean and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. When you get to your room things change. The rooms are dirty and outdated. As we opened our door you were hit with an extremely strong air freshener. The scent eventually went away. We were put on a nonsmoking floor but apparently someone had smoked cigarettes in the bathroom and the stench stayed penetrate because it reeked of an ash tray.
The bathroom over all was dirty and needs to be redone.
The comforter on the bed as well as the chair had stains on it.
We are here for a wedding and was part of the bridal party so we really had no time to move around as we had to report for our duties. If I had the time to find another hotel to stay at, I would’ve.

The service was wonderful. The employees were warm and helpful. However, the air in my room only lowered to maybe 78 IN FLORIDA IN THE SUMMER! This may be because the vents were filthy. The vents were covered in gray soot and matter. My sink and fridge smelled weird and I kept my shoes on.

It was okay for one night. The room had a smell to it. Then my husband paid when we checked in and then when we checked out they tried to charge my card. It was okay for one night. The bathroom tub was dirty.

Bathroom was a bit moldy because there's no ventilation. Bathroom needs remodel. Makeshift repairs to tub bottom caused a safety (slip and fall) hazard. Only 1 elevator working so everyone standing around waiting for an elevator. Staff very professional and the hotel grounds were nice.

Nice, clean room. Hotel is a little outdated. Breakfast is buffet style with a surcharge fee. Overall, I would stay again.

Property was old and dirty. Cracked tiles, old furniture, old carpets etc. Hallways were always dirty with stains on tile floors. I know there are a lot of children staying here due to the proximity to Six Flags but it doesn't seem like the staff is able to keep up with cleaning the public areas.
Staff was friendly and was able to accommodate us for staying an extra night for which we were grateful as we had two small kids with us and changing hotels would have been difficult.
Based on the overall Hotel condition, this is not up to Hilton Garden Inn standards and desperately needs a refresh or for the Hilton group to remove the name.

It was ok. Not great. The room was fine but only warm water the first evening . I order dinner through the restaurant and wanted totakw back to my room. They gave it to me in a bag in a Styrofoam box. I had ordered the steak and potatoes. I had to ask for a plate. They said i had silverware in the bag. Got the room and had only plastic ware. On top of that the potatoes were bad. The second day i tried to order more towels for the room but housekeeping's voicemails were full and was asked to call later. Really. Not impressed.

We stayed at this hotel which was close by for my niece’s graduation. It was a busy weekend and there was a long check-in line. However, I found the reception staff to be very pleasant and helpful.
It was an ample sized room with a comfortable bed, but for the 3 night stay, we did not get any cleaning service. The bathroom is outdated with a single light so the shower area was very dark.

The hotel feels bright and airy, attractive dining area and lobby. Sufficient parking space. Clean and well kept, little details like scuff marks and carpet stains were not seen. Everything worked well from the coffee machine, microwave, shower and toilet . Beds were comfy and nice to have 2 queens not full bed size. Room also had space to move around and was quiet.
