Great breakfast and friendly, accomodating front desk staff. Very convenient location close to bus stop and main train station

good hotel clean, friendly staff, But there is no hotel bycle far from city center

The property is clean, the tv would not turn on and know one offered us another room or tv. It was noisy all night long.i would not stay there again.

I think the price i paid for it and what we got in the end was not really worth it as i paid for 1/2 price elsewhere and got 5 star service. Hotel location is somewhat near the train station. Many halal and turkish restaurants around. Hotel itself, not many ammenities. Not very well lighted. Very basic.

Tiny Rooms, smells terrible, very noisy from the road, too high priced, under Chinese management

Hotel was a bit out of the main part of town but within walking distance to the old town (30mins). Hotel had lots of renovation noise occurring and we had an issue over the breakfast whether it was included or not but this did get fixed.

A good, but simple hotel. Small but clean.

Nicole and the staff were fantastic! We had a jumbled schedule and they were incredibly helpful, hospitable, attentive and friendly. The hotel itself is a little dated, but it is clean. I can handle clean and dated over modern and nasty any day! The primary issue was the Wifi. It was an obstacle for getting work done. There were periods when it would work well and others when it was almost nonfunctional. Even though that is a significant minus for me, the staff's willingness to try and meet our needs, their friendliness and the price made this a value and I would consider staying there again.

I was on a layover to Chicago and picked this hotel for my one night stay. And even though it was a one night stay I was absolutely pleased with everything this location had to offer. Hotel was clean, staff was super friendly, location is great and close to everything. Its on a busy intersection but they did a great job on soundproofing the rooms. I didnt hear a thing from the traffic bellow. I would definitely stay here again if I happen to be in Dusseldorf

Hotel is ideal for those looking for a quality stay somewhere within budget. The location is 500metres away from the station and a 10 min walk to the Altstadt. Cannot fault the room and stay. Breakfast selection was also good!

Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Great breakfast but should have prepared for the early airport start which I am sure they would have helped with!

Toilet is new and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Downsides; no free internet, can be noisy so make sure get high floor.

We went to the Christmas Markets and the hotel was a good base. Only one disappointment we did not notice that they had no lounge bar to come back to.

Breakfasts were very good,rooms were adequate, rail and trams were handy but room overlooking main road was noisy even with window shut

Great hotel, even better location. Dusseldorf is a must. Loads to see and do. The old town has a great atmosphere. Try the ALT beer (black beer) its a must. Everyone is so friendly. Swiney Janes will serve you with a fantasic typical german dish. The boat trip down the Rhine is a great experience, as the tower. I would recommend you make your own way to and up the tower though to save you money. It is in easy walking distance from the old town. We cant wait to go back.

This place was a nightmare. The hotel uses a funky and very old internet system - where you get a device that plugs into the power plug of the wall and then run an ethernet cable to your computer. And I kid you not, the room was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in for years. The curtains were thin and nasty letting in all the light from the street. My room was next to the hotel's sign - which is brightly lit - I called down to complain and they finally shut the hotel sign off around 10 pm so I could sleep. I definitely won't stay in this hotel again - ever.

Located close to the main station. It is a walking distance to the main street and old town. It is a good price for travelers. There is a good selection of food for breakfast. The front desk people are friendly.
