Good Hotel
Only thing is their employees walking through the pool area sometimes with carts in the afternoon. Making noise specially when the pool gates closing after them and when they are two of them then also more noise and more talking. However, they have a sidewalk just outside the pool fence

the staff was fantastic, i used the gas grills out by the pool and they were fantastic.

The place is very nice and the staff is pleasant. I did not appreciate being misled by staff. I only reserved the room because on the phone I was told I could check in 3 hours early so I spent 3x's the amount to stay at the Sheraton. Upon getting there I was told the room just needed to get the Manager's approval for cleaning the room. Then they said there was another issue and that was the delay. Either way they could have called me and not wasted my time and gas.

Easy check in, friendly and accommodating staff, quiet environment, central location, great pool, billiards, cornhole, and ping pong available to play poolside. Overall great family vacation experience.

Unfortunately hot tub was out of order our entire stay.

I’ve been visiting Port St. Lucie for years now and tried something new, and I can say with confidence I will not stay anywhere else. This place was amazing, so comfortable for my family! Can’t wait to come again next year!

Excellent place to stay! Whenever I visit this area I stay in this resort. I stayed almost 5 weeks and it was terrific. Full-size kitchen, laundry machine, and dryer are in every unit. Walmart, publix, and restaurants are just 2 min drive distance from the resort.

This place is small and quiet. I love the layout of the rooms. I picked 2 bed room 2 bath villa with balcony. Inckuded everything I needed. They do add $5 a day for roomsservice but if you dont use its nit charged. I need to check card statement.
Parking is feee. Communication on sat was a short hi ok. After you press the call office button. The front desk didn't explain (room number and where to go) being that is small it was difficult to find. Elevator is good. Monday check out the girl was happy and super nice. I will stay again, Its a second place to relax away from home.

We always stop-over here between Miami and Orlando. Love the two-bedroom villas. Always clean, great pool area, very quiet on site, which is ideal, but with many restaurants and supermarkets within very close proximity.

Maintenance staff, especially Jose, incredibly kind and quick to respond and fix a a minor issue with smoke alarms.

Our family booked four rooms for a small reunion. We asked in advance if we could be placed close together. They assured us several times that we are all in the same building. My brother and his family went to check in, and they were put in a separate building.
When my sister in law was upset about it, considering she was the one who was promised we’d all be together, she commented that her three year old won’t be running through the parking lot to get to our other rooms. The lady at the front desk responded “well I would hope not.” - there was no apology or any effort to fix it.
The stay was pleasant enough, and the rooms were nice enough, but the poor customer service is the reason we won’t be returning.

The spacious villa-style property had everything you needed, very accommodating staff, beautiful, clean pool with grills, screened in porch, in room laundry, secure parking, and more. Would definitely recommend staying there again.
