When we arrived at the hotel, I asked the receptionist about breakfast, and she told me that we didn’t have it included. I thought I might have forgotten to book it, but it was her responsibility to inform us about breakfast options and then provide us with a bill if needed. Additionally, the gym was closed. I specifically chose this hotel because of the gym, as I needed to exercise after a 5-hour drive.

Rooms are outdated. Rusted showers, old phones that do not work. The immediate area around the property is frankly awful, noisy, looks run down. This property is indeed in the downtown area, but the historic area is a 20 minute walk, which again, is not bad ,but the area is dirty, looks old and tired. I tried getting a sandwich at the cafe and the counter was crawling with fruit flies all over the food. Do not stay here, you will be disappointed

It was a very short trip en route to a further destination, I have visited Tarragona many times before and I know this hotel well so I knew what to expect and it did not disappoint. Excellent service, very comfortable and clean hotel in a great central location. A good breakfast buffet, nothing to fault and highly recommended.

Hotel is a bit dated , no usb chargers or sockets near to bed to charge through the night. Phones in the bathroom died with Elvis. Very friendly restaurant manager but only 2 or 3 customers using it.

Nice hotel in the city centre, ideal for a city trip. Rooms are clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, and the airconditioning works perfectly. Maybe I was unlucky with a leaking showerhead. Also the sealing edges in the bathroom need a redo. Nothing major tho.

The only fantastic experience we had was when checking in with Salma, the receptionist. She is so wonderful and went the extra mile with us. She is so kind, friendly, and helpful. The hotel looks great outside but the facilities were terrible. No sockets near the bedside table, only near the TV. So if you want to work with your laptop, you need the whole 9 yards of cable. Then, the aircon is not powerful enough due to my hot flashes - this is very bad. Lastly, the pool, it's not enough to swing a cat. The hotel is huge but the pool was terrible. If you're after the pool, don't bother booking. But on the bright side- The staff were all wonderful. It's a shame, the hotel itself is not good enough.

Very nice hotel, right next to the Bus terminal so very convenient, specially if you are coming from Barcelona Airport like I am. The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is ready to help.

Super friendly and efficient front desk….despite me checking in 8 rooms at a time. Bar tender also excellent.

it took time to check-in prox 20-30min. Pool was there and it was opening but Gym closed due to Covid. Location is ok, because Department store and old city, everything you should visit is around the hotel.
