The beds were great we were asleep by 10p and slept through 830a ,they were deep and I want one like it for home. Then the breakfast was hot and delicious. A most enjoyable experience.

Location was central. The people over us stomped all night and there was screaming in the hall in the middle of the night. The hotel had a strange smell to it. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful.

The queen studio was nicely appointed. The front desk staff were very helpful. Housekeeping was not. Just decided to skip light cleaning my room on friday then when I asked for light cleaning on Sat, they just left clean towels. They entered my room early on checkout, I guess anxious to be done with their job for the day.

Comfortable room with many conveniences. The kitchenette was most welcome. Only negative I can think of is the bed was way soft and had a dip in the middle. Location is convenient to downtown. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Room was okay, size good, infrastructure a bit old, carpet had several spots. Door had some closing issues and the bathroom door frame was broken. Cleaning / room service was not provided on a Monday.

The rooms were clean. I liked that it had a small kitchen so i could heat up food and clean up afternoon. The shower had pressure and was awesome!

Front desk was nice however the room in the picture I booked was unavailable so that wasn’t great. The only ice machine was broken however he did go to the kitchen and give us some so that was nice of him. Went to breakfast at 7 and there was little ready so didn’t get to eat much.

Old and borderline nasty. We went into the first room and after I killed 6 roaches running around I went back the the front desk and asked for another room. Good news was the second room I only had to kill one roach! Floors are old and filthy showers not caulked and moldy. Had to put a sheet on the couch due to it probably being 30 years old so u can imagine the smell and look. Over all the edges and corners were filthy and had many dead roaches. Will never stay there again. Only good thing was the breakfast was good but I don’t want to see the kitchen!

In room 104 the window had cold air coming through it.Also whoever was in the room upstairs from mines was constantly making loud noises that kept me awake.

I have stay at many Staybridge Suites and this one was most disappointing. It was outdated and facilities were not up to par.
The microwave stopped working and then continued to beep with a service warning ⚠️. I had to unplug it. The phone in the room didnt work...it sounded like an old dial-up computer with high pitch sounds and static buzzing.
I called the number on the phone in the room (labeled to give to a 911 dispatcher if needed) and it was wrong! It took me to some Two Sisters business.
There were no waste baggies or trash can bags at any of the pet stations.
With all that said... the staff was always very friendly and helpful with what they could do.

This property was amazing it accommodated all my needs especially for thanksgiving I love this hotel and will definitely stay again when coming to Wichita Falls to visit my son in the Air Force

The front desk workers and hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made my trip very pleasant. The breakfast and evening staffs were a nice touch.

Room that I reserved Online was not available when I checked in so they gave me a different room. Went to that room with my kids and family only to be redirected to another room in a different building.

1st impressions are everything and the grass or should I say weeds around the property looked as if they hadn’t been touched in over a month. The next thing that caught my attention was the “POOL CLOSED” sign. I told lady behind counter if I would have known the pool was closed I wouldn’t have booked. Room was spacious, TV’s a little small for our viewing pleasure. AC worked great. There were exposed electrical wires in our closet for a pre-existing light bulb. The pull out sofa which my 12 year old sleep on was the size of a miniature blow up mattress with approx 3” of bed mattress. Won’t stay here again. Let me make this very clear. I lay all of this upon Management and owners. You guys (cross gender for you some folks) can do a lot better.

Breakfast was quite good. There are some maintenance and repair issues in the room that are minor, but could be improved. We had a great stay!
