Beautiful and very comfortable hotel. We were a family of 4 with 2 young children staying in a junior suite. A travel cot with all bedding and children’s toiletries was provided. The room had excellent blackout curtains and a huge bath. The breakfast buffet was very varied and delicious.

Nice hotel. Good sized comfortable rooms. Breakfast selection was extensive and good quality and the gym in the basement was really good - a proper standalone health club with a very wide range of gym equipment and a pool and sauna. 5 minutes walk to a tram stop.

Very nice room, fabulous view, smooth lines, pillows etc. In bed. Thought, we would have appreciated if the next room would not have been vacuumed (noice) around 7.30am at the morning...

This was our first stay at an IHG hotel and it certainly won't be our last! A lovely hotel with great amenities in fantasic location, a few minutes walk from the city centre. Lovely staff, a superb breakfast and fantastic pool and gym. A 10/10 all round from the three of us. Looking forward to our next IHG hotel stay already.

Everything, really! The room was spacious and had all the facilities for the guest. Even an iron and an ironing board. Plus, complimentary bottles of water, coffee sachets, cocoa powder etc. were replenished every day. Staff were polite and more than helpful. My son dropped his (tiny) iPhone earphone in the elevator gap. I was in panic! We asked the receptionist to mention it to the hotel maintenance staff and look for it if it’s possible. In 2-3 days the found it and gave it to us! Actually, the maintenance didn’t or couldn’t find it (I don’t know) so, the elevator company was called to do so. And they found it intact. They could have told us just “sorry, we didn’t find it”. Instead, they did their best in order to help us. Many thanks to your hotel staff. Overall, we had a great stay at Crowne Plaza hotel in Helsinki!

A short walk to the central railway station and all the wonderful amenities that this city holds. I would highly recommend the "club rooms" :)

Fantastic hotel and loved everything about it. Decent room size, very modern and had everything that you would expect in terms of toiletries. Breakfast was really good and there was an on-site restaurant and bar as well as a sauna and pool downstairs. All the staff were really friendly and helpful - checking-in and and checking-out very straightforward. Excellent location, only a 15 min walk to the centre via a lovely park although plenty of transport options as well.

Great location beside the bay. Close to train station and most attractions. Handy for Olympic Stadium. Wonderful room and very comfortable.

Newly renovated rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet with generous times on the weekend. Nice sauna. Walking distance from the train station (20 minutes) and to most major attractions.

Very friendly staff, approachable and willing to assist. Breakfast was vast and varied, something for everyone. Good leisure facilities and pool big enough to get a descent swim. Hotel is near enough to walk into the city centre or take the nearby tram. Hotel was very busy on the day we left so we paid the bill after breakfast and just handed the key card in when we left later.

Choose this hotel for a business trip, only one night but i wanted to stay at a resonable priced hotel with nice rooms. I wish i had my family with me because this was a really nice hotel, and the girl at the checkin was very nice to me and informed me about all the things i needed to know. I will definetly stay here again! A bit unfortunate that i missed that breakfast is not included when i booked but that's on me.

Great place to stay for a ballet night at the Opera House. Club Lounge breakfast was good.

Classy hotel. Great area, close to down town. Great lobby and bar area. Rooms with few towards down town are fabulous.

Great stay. Breakfast overpriced. The restaurant very good Friendly staff. Annoyed that I didn’t get me free Wi-Fi I was supposed to get free. As a silver member.
